"One of my favourite hotels in the world, probably because it is family owned and not part of some faceless chain. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed, and the standards of décor and maintainance first class. I'd like bathtubs, but they only have showers, however the shower cubicles are large and luxurious and the water hot and plentiful. The staff are some of the best I have ever come across (although there is no help with carrying bags up the spiral staircase). I love the original oil paintings hung everywhere, and the design of the public rooms. Small, quirky, lounges break up the corridors in the hotel, and people donate books to a collection of guest's reading. The restaurant menu is superb, although it could do with changing a little more often, and this year has slightly less choice than in previous years. Regional and seasonal dishes make up the bulk of the menu, the ingredients used are mostly local, fresh, and first class. In the afternoons there is a tea-and-cakes menu and the gateau are original and different every day. You won't find better anywhere. Breakfast is superb, and a bargain at 5 euros. Wireless internet is a bit shaky sometimes, brilliant at others, although they have fitted wired internet in the newer rooms and this is breathtakingly fast. The nominal fee for internet access is rarely actually charged. I would thoroughly recommend this place for business or private use, you will not be disappointed."

Auch mit 400 Leuten ! hat es absolut reibungslos funktioniert. Vom Service Gruß an Mascha , der uns immer freundlich lächelnd, gut gelaunt und durchgehend professionell bedient hat, bis hin zum Essen, dass mega lecker war. Da gab es nichts zu beanstanden. On the A29 motorway south of Oldenburg in Oldenburg lies the small 700-year-old town of Wardenburg. In the centre of Oldenburger Straße, not far from the bell tower, there is a hotel, restaurant and cafe, the Wardenburger Hof. But that was quite coincidence, we had given some tips for the garden in Wardenburg, wanted to stroke their little cat Toulouse, and food also holds body and soul together. From the rear parking lot we reached the hotel and then went to the Watt-Hus restaurant at the big hall. There we found space with 4 people and I could even upload three pictures.
