"I certainly recommend the katsu don, which is fried chop and fried egg with steamed rice, accompanied by onion and mushroom. as Asian, I know perfectly that this rice is jotamente the guy that will love all Asians. It's not too cooked, it keeps its texture. Sushi's not bad either, but since I'm not a fan of raw food, I don't know the suhis well. Gyoza is very good. I chose the lobster and it contains puerro, with which my country reminds me. daifuku also recommend it because it is not easy to find a dessert made with glutinous rice. The only penalty is that among the options of the filling there is no traditional one. But, well, the mango filling also hit me for how delicious it was."

The service is good and as a regular repeat customer there, they know and treat me very amicably and correct. The place is a little small but minimalistically decorated and gives a cosy atmosphere. If you like quality sushi, this is the place to be in Bilbao!
