beautiful hotel and very good restaurant in the ranch of the city center. high quality, regional cuisine. friendly and attentive service. great hotelbar, for one or other luggage room.

during our three-day stay at the hotel we have dinner there on the first evening as a result of reading the positive reviews on tripadvisor: but there again, as for the hotel, disappointment. An honest kitchen without more, a bad value for money.

Nach mehreren Jahren ist das alte Messerschmitt Restaurant in hervorragender Qualität wieder da. Das Gänsemenü am 1. Weihnaachtsfeiertag mit Weinbegleitung war hervorragend. Auch der Service kompetent, freundlich trotz voll besetztem Haus. Ein gelungener Abend, vielen Dank.

as a group of 7 people, we have taken a long night. all, majority regional appetizers and mains were carefully and finely prepared. plentiful. service included. consulting excellent. weinkarte regionally plentiful (franken but also foreign weine) and with offered good value for money. we were all satisfied.

Marco made the evening memorable by his attentive service and astute recommendations. We ate in the charming garden and enjoyed our chanterelle soup, eel in dill sauce and fresh char with pea risotto. The lavender creme brulee was memorable. Kein Parkplatz, um wenigstens das Gepäck auszuladen Nutzung des öffentlichen Parkhauses unweit vom Hotel war bekannt und somit ok), Restaurant geschlossen, kein Barbetrieb, großer Frühstücksraum mit viel zu lauter Akustik, Zubereitungsmöglichkeiten für Heißgetränke im Hotelzimmer nur für Kaffeetrinker, ggf. mit Zucker, ohne Sahne. Zimmer freundlich, sauber, hell mit täglich 1 Flasche Mineralwasser. Alles in allem nicht ausreichend für ein 4 Sterne Hotel.

eating was okay, the wine card is excellent. the problem is the chefin, woman m is an incredibly arrogant wetin. we were to smoke in the courtyard. when we came back, she said that smoking was forbidden in the hof. the ton was among all the cannon, there were no banal signs. if they are already watching us smoking, this arrogant lady can ask the customers to go to the street to smoke. in the following I understand too well why the load is no longer running. if in the early year, woman was just as cheeky to timo boll when she threw him out, blossom because he had his dog in it, then you can only warn before this!

Seit dem 1.10.20 ist dieses Haus unter neuer Leitung und die alten negativen Bewertungen dürften sich damit wohl erledigt haben. Wir verbrachten vier Nächte im Hotel Messerschmidt und speisten an zwei Abenden hier. Der Service nicht durchgängig perfekt( etwas unterkühlt, Aperitif wurde nicht angeboten, erst auf Nachfrage), aber Herr Fatih sehr professionell, höflich, freundlich. Er sorgte an beiden Abenden für die perfekte Weinbegleitung. An ersten Abend: Saibling Tatar und Wachtel als Vorspeise, beides sehr gut, auch für das Auge. Hauptgang nochmals Saibling und Perlhuhn Brust, beides geschmacklich und qualitativ einwandfrei. Schönes Dessert und nicht auf der Karte: Eine schöne Käseauswahl.... Visualizza piatti
