The food (fish and chips) was excellently cooked, and the staff were all very friendly and attentive, providing a very good service. There was a really positive vibe within the pub. I will be returning soon.

My wife and I came here for dinner and were very impressed. Service, food and ambience were all excellent. They have done a fantastic job upgrading this old favourite and it is now undoubtedly one of the best pubs in the area. Highly recommend.

I had a fantastic lunch with friends at this restaurant. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The food was beautifully presented and tasted delicious. I highly recommend trying the scampi and the strawberry dessert. Despite my wife's gluten-free dietary restrictions, it was not an issue at all.

My wife, who has a Gluten Free diet, had the game stew and I opted for the chicken Caesar salad. Both dishes were delicious with generous portion sizes and good value for money. Highly recommend trying this place out.

After a horrendous journey from Hampshire to Kent, we were looking for a decent pub where we could chill out and have a nice meal. We loved everything about the Wood cock Inn friendly and efficient staff, a warm and welcoming atmosphere, high standard of cleanliness and delicious food from an interesting menu. Our Border Collie was well looked after with fresh water and treats. Sadly, I couldn't find room for the delicious looking desserts. We will definitely be returning next time we are this area.

What a fantastic pub. Our first visit to this little gem tucked away in the village of Iden Green. The welcome was warm on arrival and we were offered a choice of inside or outside tables. We were served by Chloe who was absolutely lovely and gave great service throughout the evening. One of our party required a gluten free menu and was informed that if there wasn’t anything on the normal menu they liked, the chef would be able to cook something else to order. What more could you ask. The food was the best any of us have eaten in a very long time. Real quality and beautifully tasty. Thank you team, you gave us a great experience.

The Woodcock Inn was recommended to us by our holiday cottage owners and they were right in every way. After a few drinks in the peaceful beer garden on the Monday evening we went back for dinner on the Wednesday evening and had a wonderful experience. After a very warm welcome to us and our dog we enjoyed a delicious dinner, every dish well presented, not oversized and very tasteful. What an utter treat it is to eat at The Woodcock Inn! From the fantastic greeting from all staff, on arrival, through to the freshly cooked fabulous food; this is somewhere you really must go, whether it's for brunch or dinner. I have eaten here before, on my own, and received such a warm welcome and scrumptious supper that I wanted to bring my friend so they could see what I was talking about. The good selection of wines and beers (some locally sourced) just adds an even more delightful element to your visit. The Woodcock Inn has undergone a tasteful extension to the rear of the property. I've known this inn for the last 25years and the latest changes have significantly improved the facilities. We had lunch there today with some of our old neighbours that live in Iden Green. The restaurant is a mixture of pub grub and gastropub food. It was busy with many customers but both the waiting staff and kitchen struggled. Customers did not receive enough attention and food was slow to come from the kitchen.
