"We went to this place, in part, for a cooking class, and to eat. Chef Alex could not have been more accommodating despite the obvious language barrier. He taught us, among other things, the secrets of preparing white tuna and hake. We also learned from his sous chef why snapping potatoes rather than slicing them is important. One of the dishes we helped prepare was hake in EVOO and it was delicious. We also worked on Bacalao Pil Pil, a dish I will never be able to warm up to but it is certainly important in Spanish Basque Country. Chef's wife was also accommodating providing us with much needed espresso and demonstrating how properly to pour Txakolina. The long and the short of it is (a) the food was delicious, and (b) the overall experience could not have been better! Would we go back if we come back to this part of the world? In a New York minute!"

Hola, todo muy rico. Nos ha gustado mucho un queso que nos han puesto en la tabla mixta, un queso azul envuelto en unas hojas… Me podrían decir cuál es??!! Excelente!

Deliciosos los chipirones, la ensalada de tomate, los pimientos de Guernika, las patatas 3 salsas increíbles. Falló el pan. Los clientes tenemos que empezar a ser exigentes en bares y restaurantes para que se ofrezca pan de máxima calidad, de producción tradicional. Un saludo!!

Todo perfecto! Hemos ido a comer por recomendación de una chica del pueblo. Pedimos para compartir ensalada de bonito con anchoas, tabla de quesos y una tortilla de Bacalao. Tanto la atención de camareros como la comida genial! Pedimos para beber agua y sidra y la sidra estaba muuuy buena. Buen sitio calidad precio, unos 20€ por cabeza que pagamos muy a gusto! Recomiendo y repetiria ya que he visto un plato de parrillada de marisco que tenia pintaza!:
