"Don't believe everything negative that you read! I love this place. Been coming here for years. I came for pierade and profiteroles with my son on a busy Sunday night in April. The service was prompt, the food was delicious, the waitresses were attentive and polite. I think the price is a good value reflection of the quality. Final word: you're in France, speak French.
