The food is absolutely delicious, the chefs are fantastic, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the ambiance is pleasant. A big thank you to Glen and the rest of the team for a wonderful night. We will definitely be back soon.

Myself and my husband had such a wonderful experience. The food was amazing. Everything was so beautiful and such a beautiful place. The staff were very good and very attentive. Booked some time ago online. Good job called in early on the day as booking not recorded. Needless to say accommodated, albeit half an hour later than planned. Maybe we should have phoned earlier to check. Very nice staff, and excellent fare throughout, without large helpings. Pleasant surroundings, without background music. Decent wine list at very reasonable prices. Sadly, the food prices have understandably gone up since last visited, but still well worth it for a quality experience.

Been quite a few times, both in the earlier location, and now at the Hollow. Not been recently, as not been in town. The food is beautifully presented, with not too large helpings. Rather unique location, in the basement of a pub, with faux stone décor. It is probably real underneath, it being a very old building. There are a few steps to go down, but easily managed, with good firm handrails. There is no annoying, loud background music, but it can still be quite noisy when full. The staff are charm personified, and the service excellent. It is far from a budget option, but you get what you pay for, and the wine list pricing is not as inflated as in many establishments. Strongly recommended.

Lucky to get a table at 28 The Hollow , last minute booking. Welcoming staff , as usual , and buzzing, happy atmosphere on arrival. Only really wanted one course, but the menu is too tempting so opted for the full dinner menu. To start, we had the scallops and the parfait. Both delicious and beautiful presentation. Then we had the cod and the fillet steak. Everything cooked to perfection and presented with wonderful sauces and vegetables. The balance of flavours textures, just amazing. The wine list is very fairly priced , and changes quite regularly, so there is always something new and interesting to try. So fortunate to have a restaurant of this calibre in Enniskillen. What a delightful experience! Planning on a simple evening’s dinner after a day of hiking, I was encouraged by the publican upstairs to try this more upscale venue. He was right, everything was spot on. I went ala carte as the set menu offered was a larger meal than I wanted. The seared scallops with a poached apple and black pudding was a novel pairing that really worked tastes melded perfectly and the visual appeal was first rate. For my main course, I went with a chicken breast, but no simple chicken breast was this flavorful meat, excellent preparation, and again the visual appeal was noteworthy. My husband and I had dinner at 27 at The Hollow during our weekend trip to Enniskillen. We decided to try the five-course dinner menu. I started with seared scallops, while my husband had the chicken and ham hock. For our main course, we both chose the slow roast cheek of beef with mashed potatoes and vegetables. The dessert was lemon posset for me and a cheese selection for my husband. The beef cheek was incredibly tender and my lemon posset was light and refreshing. The cheese selection included blue cheese and creamy smoked cheddar with grapes and crackers. We had an absolutely delicious lunch today at 28 @The Hollow. The lunch menu offered so many tempting options that it was difficult to choose. I started with the beetroot and goats cheese starter, followed by the wild mushroom risotto, both of which were perfection. The flavors and textures were delightful, and the presentation was beautiful with deep layers of flavor. I especially enjoyed the little touches of pickled carrot, black garlic purée, and micro herbs. My husband had the ham hock with crispy egg, followed by the confit duck leg, both of which were beautifully presented and bursting with flavor.
