A great menu and well paired wine flight. If there is only two of you I recommend dining at the counter where you can watch the guys preparing the dishes who then serve and talk through them with you. The rabbit (and in particular the broth) was awesome.

Perfectly proportioned tasting menu delicious, textural and surprising. Paired back surrounds combined with friendly and informed staff really allows the meal shine. Really accommodating with dietary requirements and preferences. Worth travelling to Brighton for, already planning our next trip

Brilliant experience all around. Came for my birthday on a Monday night which was nice as it was quieter. Tasting menu was perfect we loved every single course. Wine pairing was delicious our server was super attentive and knowledgeable. Never waited a second for anything left feeling happy Great value !

Amazing chefs and warmth of hosts beautiful presentation bold flavours paired perfectly with wine flight. Images speak for themselves but taste and smell must be experienced. Foodie lunch for special occasion; a real privilege so see the work up close at the pass highly recommended. A real gem in Brighton. Will be back!

A fantastic food experience. The staff were warm and welcoming, the food looked beautiful and tasted amazing. Get a seat at the pass for the best experience, where you can talk to the chefs and watch as they prepare your food in front of you and then serve it straight up. My favourite 2 courses were the eel and the rotolo pasta. The squirrel was surprisingly good too! I had a great evening and couldn’t fault any aspect of it. Definitely one of the best restaurant meals I’ve had.

Fantastic dining experience. After being led in the beautiful intimate space, we chose (wisely! to dine at the bar. Everything about this dinner was perfect: the food, the drinks/wine, the service, the pacing and the occasional chat with the team behind the counter. The price is right, and we'll return for more, after exploring the other restaurant by the same chef. Small suggestion: nothing against using the same cutlery for the entire meal, but some dishes (in this case the squab/pigeon required a sharper knife, so perhaps some thought on matching knives with dish served.

Oh brighton, why didn't you tell me you changed so much? it's almost two years since I last visited 64 degrees when they were in the artist residence boutique hotel in pimlico.
