"siamo stati impressionati positivamente dal locale, l'atmosfera, la musica di sottofondo, i modi per fare delizioso il proprietario, amichevole e accogliente ma non invadente. la cucina è un'arma a doppio taglio; abbiamo toccato con mano come tutto è stato preparato al momento. la qualità del cibo piacevole, con qualche piatto di grande successo e qualcuno meno, ma nel complesso soddisfatto. l'unico vero problema è la mancanza di personale; in pratica il proprietario agisce come cameriere, cuoco e cassiere, corre veloce da un lato all'altro, ma non può fare miracoli, i tempi dilatano così tanto, in cucina c'era solo un'altra persona che sembrava invece un po 'distratto e non efficiente, quindi, per favore, assumere qualcuno! torneremo sicuramente, stavamo bene. prezzi leggermente superiori alla media, ma pagati volentieri aspettare escluso)."

"On the 24th evening I took some raw fish from you and it was disgusting. I was sick all night, I had renal colic, vomiting and diarrhea. I wrote to you on WhatsApp about this incident to receive at least a refund and you didn't even bother to reply. A shame, if the NAS come to visit you tomorrow morning the place will be closed if the fish is the same one you gave me the day before. You made me spend Christmas in the bathroom, I hope everyone reads this review and no one comes to eat at your place anymore, thank God I didn't report you. Best wishes."

"good morning, I find myself writing this very negative review not to judge the food, which I couldn't eat, but rather because of the high incompetence of the staff regarding the management of reservations and the approach to customers. the unpleasant experience took place on 03/16/2024, when I, together with my family and some of my friends, went to the club to celebrate my eighteenth birthday. once we arrived at the restaurant we were kindly welcomed by a waitress with hearts tattooed on her arm (a fundamental detail to understand with whom the unpleasant incident took place), referring to the lady I stated that I had made a reservation for 4 people the previous evening and during the afternoon of 16/03 having telephoned again to ask if it was possible to add another 3. once having made us sit at a long table located on the veranda of the restaurant he brought us the menus making a note on the lack of mushrooms to prepare some dishes and the possible replacing them with asparagus, which is understandable given the purely spring period. after about twenty minutes, after having served the wine, the bread and the water, the aberrant story happens... the lady waitress comes to the table saying that there was an error in the reservation and that that table was not for us , but rather for other people who were waiting outside the restaurant, I rightly got angry at the request to leave the table; during the discussion I showed her the phone calls I had made to request the reservation and subsequently the addition of seats, she with an extremely haughty manner took the business card of the restaurant to validate her hypothesis that I had called another restaurant, but alas the lady's theory was completely wrong since the number I had called was correct. subsequently the lady invited my mother's partner to see the reservation book to make sure the name was missing on it, unfortunately the name was not there but the call had been made to the correct number saying that there was room and indeed confirming the reservation which was subsequently confirmed also upon our arrival at the restaurant. extremely saddened and I was completely distressed by the fact that my birthday would have been ruined so we went to a high-end establishment very certain that we would not recommend this place to other people. I would also like to highlight that I am no stranger to the restaurant sector given that my family has been working in it for some time, so I know how it works within a restaurant business and I know that the mistake that was made due to a very inaccuracy as gross as the way they showed us the door to accommodate other people whose reservation had been made correctly"

"We went there a few months ago. After my friend order he noticed that pasta is so hard and almost row! (We know very well pasta al dente. He is italian! He couldnt eat and told to the waiter. She brought it to the chef and brought back saying sorry 'this pasta si mangia cosi '.. waow so kind! I had to eat that pasta because it was his birthday.. I dont their other foods but it was really bad ecperience for us. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €90–100"

"Burger indubbiamente buoni ma non eccezionali, a mio parere non molto proporzionati al prezzo che è leggermente più alto rispetto ad altri ristoranti che offrono menù e qualità simili. Lo staff molto capace e alla mano, un unico problema: la pubblicità aggressiva e molto invasiva. La prenotazione online è comoda ma una volta forniti i dati iniziano ad arrivare mille notifiche anche dopo la prenotazione e cena stessa: richiesta di recensione, mille messaggi che ti ricordano le promo e le loro scadenze... Ovviamente il servizio è disattivabile ma fa veramente passare la voglia di tornarci. Avrei continuato volentieri a ricevere notifiche e a tornare nel locale se non fossero arrivate con una frequenza così alta, peccato"
