"we tried the anton on our last weekend trip in dresden and found it super. a cozy pub with restaurant character;) cozy and chic at the same time. the anton is located near the stop bischofsweg (S-Bahn) and tannenstraße (tram.) absolutely recommended the carving Wiener art - very tasty. the protions are appropriately large and beautifully executed. price slightly superior class, but absolutely justified. drinks are not only alcohol-free but also beer and cocktails. Thai soup must be very popular here. The 3 restaurants that we went to in the area all had their version. This was the first place we went to after a 12 hour flight, delirious and feeling like I was coming down with a cold. Their Thai chicken soup with chilis hit the spot. It was sweet and spicy at the same time. Tasted like it had sugar in it. Their menu looked good. I will be back to try more before we leave Dresden.
