I visited your Chichester,Sussex restaurant on May 11th and was extremely impressed by the efficiency of the staff and the warm welcome received from Mr. Reg Pielesz, who told me he was a trainee manager and would probably be moving to Bournemouth in the future. that is surely the best restaurant in the country! I can't complicate that enough! my man and I went on a romantic date some Saturdays and how they can imagine it was extremely busy! it was absolutely full, but we could not feel it, our waiter marco made us special and very welcome. eating there is literally from this world! to begin with we had moules marinate served in beautiful large pot, followed by. the best truffle risotto I've ever had! pure heaven! huge compliments to the chef, as he is a massive asset for her!
