We were told to wait hour to eat here, so they put us on the later the waitress (Greta) told us that she took us off the list and that we have to wait another minutes. In a nutshell, really bad customer...service....

Everything in this place was amazing. The food was excellent, the service was really nice and humorous, the location had a unique ambience, there was nice cool-jazz coming out of the speaker and everything was to our liking.

What a disaster! From the beginning until the end the staff and the service were a disappointment! You do not feel that you are the customer, they do not treat as such. ...vibrant bistro in one of Düsseldorf´s up and coming quarters. Very friendly and flexible service team always up for a laugh (since the permanently grumpy SIA-lookalike waitress fortunately left), and unpretentious but simply delicious food. Highly recommendable!!!! Usually understandably busy, so be there on time...

Disappointing. We tried to get the attention of our waitress and she said “those who wave get served last.” Wtf? How do we get your attention? She the proceeded to take orders from every other table in her sector before us? So weird Not all...wait staff are rude but she was. Food was okay but not worth the poor service. A place to see and be seen. Seems like quality is going down.

I have been here for lunch and for dinner at least twenty times and the chef has never disappointed me. Really high level cuisine, Italian based, infused with Japanese, Marroccan, French and Burmese to name a few. The menu is continuously changing, so it is...really no problem to go there every week ; The setting is very informal, the staff are super professional and nice. Mind: no reservations, and as the place is always packed, be prepared to wait for a while. No worries, you can have a drink and spell the menu while waiting. It is worth it. Visualizza piatti

This restaurant offers good quality of food and wine. I’ve used to go there and one of the things that is special at the place is the presentation of the dishes, that is sofisticated and very beautiful. But not at this last time that I...was there. The risotos came with one tomato on its top and that was it. It didn’t seem prepared carefully. So the main dish wasn’t pleasant but you should definitely taste the sashimi... It is a blast with the ginger on top!! I also suggest the chocolate fudge with ice cream. My rate is three because of the risoto, that used to be the best (also talking about the taste), was regular as anyplace else.

Writing this review with sadness as during our stay in dusseldorf with family member ...we had good wonderful nights in here with a bottle of tinta.... our last night we came back without our German relative and suddenly we paid extra for the same bottle of wine we been drinking all week ... which we shrugged off but then the wine was corked I was getting bits in my mouth and pointed this out ... it was appalling we were met with almost aggression from the waitress and then waiter.... is it because we were English ??? Bit ridiculous as we had been in three nights previous paying for bottles of wine and never complained once ... so we weren't in habit of shirking our bill bit the wine was cor...

This place has a reputation for being cool but although there are a few interesting dishes, the experience is regularly terrible. There is basically no parking unless you park illegally and risk a tow. The terrace is crowded and dirty and full of weeds. Some...think its shabby chic- but really it is just poorly maintained and ugly. Imagine how they must keep their kitchen? It is nearly impossible to get seated (at one of their shaky folding tables) in less then hours and the process is a confusing mess. The menu is inside on chalk boards even though all tables in the summer are outside, so you have to take a picture. The prices are way out of control with one exception of their special spicy...
