We love it here. Dog friendly. Food extremely good served by friendly, helpful staff. Mussels are incredible, breakfasts great. We love the relaxed feel and visit every year.

Well my experience is pretty poor! Mussels served with brown bread instead of Focaccia! No IPA ale! A measly slice of carrot a measly slice of parsnip. A 12% service charge (for what? Won’t be bothering to go there again!

6 of us booked in for the roast dinner on New Year’s Day and it was honestly the best roast dinner I have eaten away from home. All meats and veggies were delicious as were the desserts and wines. We will definitely return. Visualizza piatti

Delicious food in a great location. We had ox cheek and pork belly, both were great. Service was also excellent. It would have been nice to see more seafood on the menu, but we recognise that it's out of season. Very much recommend.

Booked a table very easily online. At time of booking I notified them I was allergic to dairy and intolerant to gluten. This wasn’t a problem. I still had plenty of options (which is unusual in many restaurants). I had the Ling fish curry with rice, popadom and onion bhaji which was delicious. My boyfriend had the mussels with chips and focaccia which he thoroughly enjoyed too. The restaurant is lovely in a good location and great for people watching. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Well what can I say. We don’t eat out a lot in Padsow even though we live there but we did a last minute booking at the mussel box. We were looking at Tapas but saw ‘Reggie’s Curries’ Intrigued by the descriptions we had one of each (there was 6). They were the best curries we’ve had in a very long time and we have had a few! The flavours were to die for. Expertly put together with very tasty sources. We were served by Nicole who was exceptional. Very professional and tentative. Well done mussel box. We both fancied mussels for supper so decided to try here. Upon walking in we were met with a delicious smell of Indian cuisine. When then we were seated next to a couple who were just finishing their curries so we decided to change tact and go Indian. Delicious. Lovely spice, gentle warmth, crisp onion bhaji, soft naan and we also had a small Indian spiced mussel dish which were excellent. I'm sorry not to get the name of the young lady who served us but she was an utter delight and a real credit to your business. Well done everyone!

I booked this venue being a Padstow resident and to showcase my local restaurants to my visiting family, who was celebrating her birthday. I was surprised that the menu was limited and asked if there was any grilled fish to be told there wasn’t. We had to wait a long time to be served even though there were only 4 other guests as well as us. We ordered and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and if the waiting staff has described the menu, it would have been more encouraging for our choices. We had to ask for wine refills and was not asked if food was ok. We ordered dessert and afterwards said we’d have coffee but the staff said the coffee machine had been switched off. It w...

Well you come here for the mussels right. Well they were outstanding. I had the curry sauce which was heavenly. My wife and daughter had the moules mariniere which was also excellent but they have had better tbh the sauce was a bit thin for their likening but each to their own (we do eat a lot of mussels . But they were very fresh and very plump and large. Sooo good. Not 5 stars cos the deserts were a little off the mark the chocolate brownie was more like a tort (we eat lots of brownies too…. and my cheese platter was a bit frugal and meh….the onion chutney was not particularly nice and was basically caramelised onions vs a chutney per se.
