The only time we asked for the cash on delivery you refused to pay it and the goods were returned to us destroyed. It's a shame that you can't publish your emails on Google, you would immediately see the part of the reason."

The new management is terrible, crazy prices for medium-low quality products. I paid €3.50 for an ice cream cone with two flavors which was not good at all and I wasn't even given a receipt. It was my favorite ice cream shop in the Città Studi area when the old owner was there and I was happy to pay for the quality, even if these figures were never reached. Cozy and welcoming place, very good and varied products BUT staff decidedly unprepared for Gluten-Free products (which can be not only an inconvenience, but also a danger for many customers). One day they tell me that there are only 3 flavors of gluten-free ice cream; two days later (another employee unchanged ice cream flavours) says that there are no GF flavours. I recommend that you inform yourself and inform your employees about the Gluten Free topic and the difference between the latter and contamination. For the rest, the proposals, the environment and the philosophy of the place are 5 stars!
