Must visit when in Berlin. Well deserved Michelin star. Design and ambiance of restaurant is very good. Food was top notch. Wine selection also very good. Located a little off the beaten track, but well worth the ride.

An excellent evening with food and service that was top of its class! We had the course meal and was both blown away. The tastes came from every direction and kept coming even after swallowing. The wine paired perfect to every course. Definitely worth...every penny, and the service was perfect! Couldn’t be better in any way.

Having already been to the highly regarded Mont Raw restaurant, I wanted to find somewhere a bit more traditional and Bieberbau definitely fitted the bill without feeling stuffy or old fashioned. As soon as we arrived we were made to feel welcome and were extremely...pleased with the server's recommendation of a lovely German Riesling. The food was absolutely delicious, very classical but aesthetically and taste-bud pleasing and my vegetarian husband was able to enjoy his meal as much as I did. Very often there isn't enough consideration given to vegetarians, but this certainly wasn't the case here. I would definitely return if I wanted a cosy and delicious dinner next time I'm in Berlin!

Took my best friend here for his birthday and it was great from the start. The restaurant was quick at contacting me to confirm my reservation. On the day, we were running a bit late and even with a packed house they found time to...contact me to see if I was going to make it. Anne G, was soo lovely as she, being the one I was in contact via email, greeted us at the door and showed us to our seats. The place is very cozy and welcoming. Everyone was soo friendly and pleasant. We had both had courses and everyone was properly explained, beautifully presented and tasted AMAZING! Next time I will go for the course, and yes there will be a next time. For such great service and food, esp in Berlin...

Our visit to Bieberbau was for a birthday celebration. The decor with original stucco preserved, ambient lighting, wooden panelling, pictures and fine furnishings were the first things to impress. Anne, front-of-house, and wife of Stephan, the chef, welcomed us and throughout our visit, along...with the other table attendant staff, was friendly, attentive and efficient. The food was impeccably prepared and presented, providing some original uses of ingredients often grown in Bieberbau’s own herb gardens. Between courses, little additional delights were brought for us to enjoy. The hyssop pre-dessert ice cream was wonderful! My duck liver mousse starter and halibut main were perfectly prepare...

We had a most marvelous dining experience at Bieberbau during out recent visit to Berlin last week. We had a Friday night dinner that took hours of pure pleasure, along a local friend. The restaurant is located at the heart of a residential neighborhood,...highly recommend to get there by a cab. The restaurant space is small, intimate and cozy.
