Just off the beaten track. A wonderful place for lunch. We enjoyed the most welcoming and relaxed meal so far this trip. Food was excellent.

I'm impressed, pasta, seafood, pizza was very delicious , tasty. Professional services made me happy. There was clean, cheap for everyone. I recommend this place for eveybody who wants to eat with family. This place is worth visiting;

New restaurant which opened April 2015. Nice and neat contemporary interior. Enjoyed the pasta and the cheese and salamis. Also, very very nice service. Chef of this restaurant was on TV cooking for a show. Soups were a little heavy. Bread at the beginning of the meal was fabulous.

Whilst visiting Lucca for the day wandering around on the Sunday it got to be quite cool so we found this place and happy to sit inside much warmer . The Staff very welcoming and the place extremely clean. My choice Penne Arrabiata thinking it would warm up my system, have to say it was definitely hot spicy . Also we chose a couple of bottles of red wines local from Lucca ,also very good another hit lunch.

Grande ristorante, servizio e valore. Questo ristorante ha un nuovo proprietario e un nuovo gestore. Il servizio è stato eccezionale. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, con la scelta del piatto degustazione di carne o di pesce per 15 euro, inclusi un bicchiere di vino, una bottiglia di acqua minerale frizzante e tè o caffè. La qualità del cibo era incredibile. Naturalmente c'è anche il menù à la carte con una vasta gamma di scelte. Non puoi superare questo ristorante per valore, qualità e servizio!

Siamo stati a Lucca molte volte prima, ma questa è stata la prima volta che abbiamo provato questo ristorante in quanto è abbastanza nuovo. Lo consiglierei vivamente. Ho mangiato il risotto ai frutti di mare che era perfettamente cucinato e pieno di frutti di mare, cosa che non succede sempre. Mio marito ha preso una pizza che è una delle migliori assaggiate in Italia - e ne abbiamo provate molte!! Il servizio è stato eccellente - attento, cordiale ma non invadente. Il tavolo era apparecchiato con biancheria immacolata e tutto il ristorante era estremamente pulito. Ci torneremo.

We were in Lucca for the afternoon for a day trip and on our way back to the train station to go back to Florence for dinner, we walked past a side street which leads into a square and we noticed this as it was full of people and had a great atmosphere. Intrigued, we walked up and found 3 restaurants in the square, which had people standing waiting for tables. We looked at all 3 menus and decided to go to Birreria Della Corte as the menu was more to our taste. The restaurant was busy and full, we were all seated outside which added to the atmosphere.
