"my man and I were eating on silvester in this restaurant, which was a total fall. we had a table reserved for 19:30 clock, which was also confirmed to me. when we were there approx. 19:20 , the operation looked on its block and did not find our name, although I still spelled it. she asked a colleague, misdisplay, this went in the kitchen and asked, even there no one knew about the reservation. ok, this service found a solution and almost put us at the entrance of the restaurant a table and covered it for us.That was a great gesture for the first time.But this place was so uncomfortable because it pulled this way. I said this to the service and she offered us after having paid other guests, we can then go to the next room. that was already. we sat long until we finally got a menu .my man ordered as an appetizer bruschetta, this came only after a three-quarter hour, although such a food takes about 10 minutes. then the main food came. my man had fish that tasted after nothing and I was going to be totally burned. we ate it because we had starved and was silvester and was too late. then everything went on. other people (I concrete people, because guests don't behave like that) who started playing music, filming on the handy and that became more and more loud. I went to the service and asked them to ask these people to be a little quieter. but the service didn't care, because she didn't do anything. so my man stood up and did what the service would have to do. they were not so enthusiastic and were insulting. That was too stupid for us. I asked about the bill, because we didn't want to stay here anymore. the service came, cleared the teller and asked if it was good. I answered that my steak was burned. Now comes: the service, actually asked if burned from outside or from inside. Have they already seen a rumpsteak burned from inside? I don't. have this service, according to my opinion, no warning of service. I don't know if I'm gonna eat here again."

This is my favorite Italian restaurant so far in Kaiserslautern. The kitchen was short staffed when we went, but the food was well worth the wait. My Pear-Gorgonzola pizza was an explosion of flavor and perfectly well done crust. My husband loved his lasagna. We shared an appetizer of fried anchovies...delicious! Our waitress was lovely and helped us with our attempts at German, yet spoke English to us with a smile. We can't wait to return!
