Sono andato a questo ristorante ieri sera, su consiglio del nostro hotel. Il pesce era incredibilmente fresco e preparato davvero bene. Degustato proprio high-end. Ho avuto una selezione di pesce tartare per iniziare, il mio partner aveva calato con maionese e patate condite. Entrambi erano brillanti. Per i corsi principali, avevo linguini con le guance di pesce monaco, e il mio partner aveva langoustine. Ancora una volta, entrambi i piatti completamente sorprendente texture e sapore. Il personale era molto utile. Decisamente consigliato.
