Staff were friendly and personal, service was quick and up to standards, but the burger lacked authenticity. Fries were really good (more maye please), the carpaccio was sliced much to thin to warrant the €14 pricetag

Staying here for business and didn't fancy the €39 buffet. Chose a classic burger and was served a factory patty in a stale mass produced ultra preserved bun. The chips were fine and the organic Chardonnay was excellent. Service was friendly if a bit pushy on offering up-sells.

I have never experienced such bad service and unmannered waitresses, unpolite, confrontational, rude and petulant, unbelievable!! The food was very poor: ingredients with no taste will only give very poor results! Cleaning...not at all. Not suggested or recommended under any circumstance.

It is a really nice restaurant, very well designed with a good ambience and our waitress was very nice. Two large cheese burgers with salad and frits and a really good Chicken Caesar salad were indeed very good and not bad value at 14.5 euros...a head. However, a sprite was very expensive and the size you get on a plane!!! They had a buffet available BUT it was 39.95 euros per head, flowering eye it is not Gordon Ramsey's!

I eat here about four times in the last week due to being in the area for the Medica show. The service is really slow and uncoordinated. They have a lot of employees, but the management needs to coordinate the kitchen and the service better. One evening I ordered the filet steak and it was perfectly cooked and the sides were very good. The schnitzel is also good. The breakfast is very good and you can order a custom breakfast. The coffee machines also make excellent espresso and are free during breakfast.

We booked a table at the restaurant for dinner before a concert. Having a reservation allowed us to be able to park in the hotel parking garage. The food was really great for a buffet. Extensive selection of salad ingredients and prepared salads. One particularly good one was rice, feta cheese and sliced asparagus. The fresh bread was very good. There were about eight choices of hot foods to include turkey breast and cannelloni. Desert was included. A lovely selection of fruits and fruit salads, tiramisu, profiteroles, and panna cotta.
