Brewers Fayre Bristol Concorde

We went to this restaurant for lunch and even though it wasn't very crowded, we ended up waiting almost an hour for our meals. This level of service is not acceptable.

I don’t think these guys could have done a better job. Clean super friendly welcoming. Affordable, tasty food. It was the staff that made it, went out of their way to meet our every need. I wouldn’t hesitate to return

The staff is friendly and provides good service, but the carpet is mouldy and has a lingering odor that has been there for over a month. I frequent this restaurant, and it's concerning to see the mould growing more each day. This is particularly disappointing given that it's a dining establishment. Visualizza piatti

I booked a week in advance for a roast on a Sunday but when I arrived I actually only booked a table and had to wait almost one hour and watched almost 10 table s get served before myself very poor service indeed will definitely not be going again or tell freinds or family to go there Don't Go is my advice

Always amazing happy service!! The manager Always makes the hole family feel welcome! I'm a vegetarian and normally my food Is awful everywhere I go but they always make sure I have it at the same time as everyone else . Over all a plus service!! Wouldn't go anywhere else for my Saturday treat thank you ! Xx

Afternoon ruined. Won't be back. Decided to drive here as have had a lovely meal previously. Today I had the burger stack. Bun fell apart straight away. Burger was dry. Coleslaw inedible and tasted funky. Chips cold and dry. Husband had a mixed grill which was acceptably tasty. Service was good and staff were pleasant. The outside of the Concorde restaurant may not be very appealing, with a dated appearance and dirty Brewers Fayre canopy covering the windows. However, once inside, the restaurant is actually clean and bright with a friendly atmosphere. The food was served quickly and without any issues, tasting as expected. The standout of the experience was the staff member who served us throughout the visit, who was incredibly friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. Despite initial concerns based on reviews, the experience at the Brewers Fayre Concorde exceeded expectations.

The staff who was seating the customers was very busy as he seemed to be the only one around apart from one person behind the bar. But he was very helpful and polite when he came to the front to admit us. I think there may have been staff shortage as breakfast plates were not replaced quickly so some of us had to start getting the food using the side plates and we also had to wait for some items to be refilled, but that was not a big deal. The manager at the hotel arranged for my party of 14 to be sat near each other (and near the food) ! It would be helpful if the rooms had shaver points and if the internet was more reliable.

I'm truly saddened to learn about the closure of this venue. Whenever I visited Bristol for work, it was my top choice for dining. The staff here has consistently exceeded my expectations, with many of them having been a part of my visits for years. Issy, Daniel and Luke have consistently delivered exceptional service, always greeting me with a warm smile and a touch of humor. Their natural ability in customer service is remarkable. As this chapter closes, I can only hope that they find suitable employment in a similar industry where their talents can continue to shine.
