"We were pleasantly surprised and delighted by this restaurant during our overnight stop on the way to Snowdonia. The prices were very reasonable, but there was nothing budget about the room—it was immaculate, featuring a comfortable bed and a large, well-equipped bathroom with instant hot water. The staff were fantastic and the dining experience was excellent. I ordered a 16oz gammon steak, while others enjoyed a lovely curry, both of which I highly recommend trying. The bar was quite busy, but the atmosphere was friendly."

I had a pleasant meal overall, but the only downside was that the cauliflower was a bit firm. The chef who carved the meat was rather unsettling; he never smiled and didn’t engage in conversation. On a brighter note, the waitstaff were beautiful and very polite.
