During my holiday, I visited this restaurant a couple of times—once for drinks and then for dinner. They had a good selection of drinks, and the food was excellent. I would rate the service a perfect 5.

Used the restaurant for a Sunday Roast, very nice it was too, it was that nice we booked for our anniversary, and another Sunday Roast before going home. Walkability: Within walking distance to where we were staying. Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Quiet

This hotel has a rich history and features an excellent fish restaurant, all set in a charming location ideal for visitors. It’s a spot that has even been featured in films, such as Broadchurch. Overall, I would rate it 5 out of 5 for rooms, service, and location.

Booked to stay at the last minute, but the staff could not have been more helpful and welcoming. We stayed in a studio room, which was super clean and had a view of the sea. Lots of lovely luxury details in the room. The pub itself has a great atmosphere and does good food. A special thank you to the staff who helped us out at breakfast! £9.90 for a pint and a half, that 's London prices, especially ridiculous as it was Palmer 's Beer and had travelled about a mile from the brewery. The B.A. was a great pub back in the day, proper locals local. It 's now a faceless, soulless sub gastro chain pub, staffed by the uninterested and look genuinely embarrassed by the prices........ avoid at all costs! Service: 2 Location: 4

I recently spent a week at my friends caravan in weymouth booked a table at the bridport arms. I always come here at least once when im down here. Had the scallops starter , the grilled hake main dorset apple cake sweet yes i was very hungry . Everything was cooked perfectly , best meal i've had. Service was prompt the staff very friendly attentive. Can recomend very highly 100%. Service: 5

I visited the Bridport Arms for lunch during a brief trip to explore some filming locations nearby. I was promptly seated upon arrival and ordered the classic Fish and Chips. The fish was perfectly cooked and served in a generous portion, while the chips were absolutely delicious. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere, making it a pleasant dining experience. Excellent! Everything was first rate and what stands out is the very friendly atmosphere. Thoroughly recommended by yours truly Rooms: We stayed in new wing clean, fresh, sea view Nearby activities: Right on the harbour! Safety: Some rooms are split level with a spiral staircase (not suitable for some) , other rooms are on same level but we did not view one Food drinks: Breakfast was brilliant, plenty of choice. Dinner just fine Noteworthy details: The friendly attentive service
