"It is so disappointing eating at such a nice place such as (Café 21 Fenwick) with an excellent reputation and then you being met by such dry grumpy staff. We are not asking for a grinning ppl but at least welcoming staff. The youngest waitress was actually rude! when she served the coffee, she basically threw the cups on the table that it was so close to spill it before she turned and left. The four of us were just in shock that she had been this careless sloppy. Food was excellent and we enjoyed it. Would we return again? No! For that reason, 3 stars is more than enough ."

The afternoon tea was over priced and the food that was on the afternoon tea wasn’t nice. Service was fine but the pricing is ridiculous for what you get.

I often come here with my laptop to do something. what is especially at this exact nero shop is that: 1. there are so many tabs; and 2. it is a two-storey business.

beautiful and cozy coffee shop to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. the only disadvantage is that it has only 2 people behind the bar and if the customers are many, it can take some time to order.

Terrific lunchtime menu, two courses for £22. The food and service was of a high standard and there was a good selection of drinks. I had the non-alcoholic craft beer. Perfect for a nice lunch when shopping or meeting friends.

Excellent food and fantastic service. Fish fingers were incredible have been a couple of times now and it is always service with a smile. Both times i have been served by a young redhead waitress and am always made to feel extremely welcome and always pointed towards something on the menu i would enjoy

We had afternoon tea to celebrate both our birthdays as a gift. The place is clean and sleek. The service was great, with very attentive waitresses. The food was what is expected Fresh and tasty sandwiches and cakes. We could not finish all the scones, so we had a box to take them home with us. Really nice experience, really well worth it.
