Great service and excellent food at a reasonable price. English speaking waiters. It is larger than it appears when you first enter. There is second floor seating available.

We found this restaurant near our hotel and sat right down. Pizza was delicious, the chocolate muffin was wonderful. They have a nice menu selection with good prices and you can watch out the window while you're eating.

Delizioso ristorante di pizza nel cuore della città. Ordine al bancone e poi sedersi. Il personale è così cordiale e accomodante. I prezzi sono ragionevoli. E soprattutto, la pizza è deliziosa! Sono dotati di pizza per la fetta e fatta per ordine. Tutto è in mostra. Hanno alcuni posti all'aperto e un sacco di posti all'interno e al piano superiore.

For a casual lunch spot in Venice close to San Marco square this was a good spot. We had low expectations based on the location and some of the reviews but honestly, the pizza was better than expected. I also ordered the beef carpaccio with arugula and Parmesan which was also good. If you end up getting lost near San Marco square and all the designer shops, this place works for lunch at pretty reasons prices (13 euro for a whole pizza).

We went to this place twice because the food was pretty good and the price was decent. It is open all day and night, which makes it easy for those who are still adjusting to the time zone and don't eat during typical lunch or dinner periods. I'm not sure why others had a terrible experience. The staff who helped us were very friendly and spoke to us in both Italian and English as we tried our best to speak in our basic Italian. We'll likely try this place again if we need a quick and simple bite. Grazie!

An unexpected gem we stumbled across after a failed dinner next door. Straightforward Italian cuisine. Home style and cooked with love. Every bite was filling and wholesome. Great crispy crust pizza. We tried eggplant parmigiana, lasagna bolognese, roasted chicken, roasted veggies, two different types of pizza--ate every morsel between the 5 of us. You won't find a lot of seafood or necessarily typical Venetian foods but it's a reliable place you want to come back to. And the three men who run the place? Hilarious, sincere and cheerful. You can't go wrong here.

This is easily one of the best value restaurants near St. Mark's Square. Earlier in the trip, I needed to wait for a group in the area and went to Quadri, which is elegant but outrageously priced. Twelve euros for a cup of tea. The historic Caffe Florin is even worse, but has historic value. The food here isn't life-changing but there's s good selection of pizza, paella and tapas. I had two items and a soda for 13.5. The stuffed zucchini was the best. Table seating upstairs. Their sign is small, dark and easy to miss. Look for the Casa Nova Hotel, it's right there on the other side.

Buongiorno! Jan e Fran hanno preso una vacanza italiana a Venezia, e il ragazzo ha fatto abbiamo una palla, zucca!! Dopo più di un paio di aperol spritz, abbiamo inciampato alcuni vicoli di Venezia per salire sulla pittoresca e invitante Calice. Un allegro amico ci ha accolti e ci ha portato al secondo piano, dove Fran ha gassato e ha ordinato rapidamente dei Bellini! All'inizio delle gare, queste ragazze sono andate con prosciutto e melone rasato, insalata di caprese. Fran stava cercando di trovare il suo Leonardo, così lei è andata alla luce con verdure, ma sai Jan meglio di quello... bacon bucatini con un altro birrificio! Fino alla prossima volta, zuccherino! Our first time in Venice and first time in this place. Was greeted by a rude waitress who directed us upstairs since the tables were taken. Unbeknownst to us we were a small group of 3 who were told to sit at a 6 person table and we were approached by the same rude waitress who raised her voice at us and stated that we should move because we are taking up space. It was not what she said but in the way it was said. Additionally, we witnessed her yell at 2 other customers while we waited 25 minutes for someone to come take our order. Our order arrived another 25 minutes later and was delivered by the same rude waitress. The food was mediocre, the service was horrible, the tables were disgustin...
