The food was great and the staff were friendly. It was much better than our last visit. Everyone enjoyed their meals. We will definitely be returning.

First time here on Saturday night, could not fault the place, excellent service and food, just an all round good night had by all the family. Would definitely recommend, and we will be back.

I went to Carlos on Saturday night and it was very crowded. We were seated immediately and the food was excellent. The service was perfect and the staff was very friendly. I recently visited Carlos in Colne after hearing that the rude older lady had left. I hadn't been back since she was working there because she coughed on my food and was very demanding when taking my order. I am pleased to say that she is no longer there, so Carlos will now be a regular spot for me and my family to enjoy.

We came to dinner on Tuesday evening, our first time at your restaurant, as we have recently moved to Colne. We had heard many good things from friends but naturally wanted to see and taste for ourselves. One word- 'Exceptional! ' Your food is outstanding service excellent. What a delight to have such an establishment so near to us. We will return!

What a lovely, genuine Italian restaurant. A real treasure of a place. The interior decor really leads you to believe you are actually in Italy. Such a fabulous design. The pleasant, welcoming staff have excellent service skills, and you can tell they are a great workforce. Leading now onto the food... Not a single disappointing word to say. Poor food quality, poor service and overpriced. The starter which was a garlic, tomato and chilli pizza was nice. Chicken was full of gristle, chips looked and tasted like they’d been re fried numerous times, no veg or salad to accompany the meal. Instead of a dessert I ordered a baileys coffee this too was a disappointment. The coffee tasted like a weak, cheap instant with barely a drop of baileys in it and when I asked the waitress politely to take it away to put some in she quickly cut me off and told me she’d poured the baileys herself and walked away. Not once did anyone ask us if we were enjoying our food. Needless to say we won’t be returning which is a shame really because more often...

Took my children to Carlos for dinner what should of been a lovely evening,, we ordered calamari for starter very very rubbery and grey looking we couldn’t eat the starter I ordered a chicken with Dian sauce the chicken was very dry and my chips were awful The children got pizzas and burger they ate theirs , service was terrible took the waiters ages to tend to us kids wer getting fed up waiting for drinks We couldn’t wait to get out of the restaurant, driving home the children all said they had tummy ache and myself also had chronic pain in my stomach we rushed through the door all all stood waiting for one another outside the bathroom we all had the poops and spent the rest of the evening...

Not been for a while, the food was excellent, but after that you are somewhere between a cafe and dodgy chain pub. The staff uniform is awful, waitresses wearing Nike air max isnt really suitable for a restaurant, the service really lets the restaurant down, it really is that bad, drinks delivered to the table with the servers holding the glasses round the rim then just dumped on a table and not given to the person who ordered them. We also brought a birthday cake and candles with us (new candles) when it was our turn to use them (somebody else had already had a go with them) the waitress put the cake on the table tried to light them with a lighter that didnt work, couldnt do and that was th...
