Carluccio's Marriott Heathrow

It was pleasant but not amazing. A couple of menu items were out of stock which was a bit disappointing but not to worry, it was still pleasant.

I had a great dining experience here with excellent staff. I absolutely love the pizzas; they really taste authentic, and the crust is delightful.

had dinner here and received a great service from Romanian waiter and the food was excellent. we had soul and salate everything was great. they can also order the children's menu for 6.75 pfund and it's pretty good.

The restaurant at the Heathrow Marriott is stunning, offering delicious Italian cuisine inspired by the renowned chef Carlo Carluccio, all at reasonable prices. I ordered the lobster pasta, which was fantastic, and we shared some starters, with the arancini being delightful. I will definitely return!

I had an issue with my meal last week, but I decided to give it another try this week and ordered the same dish. The food was excellent, and the service from Antonio and the bar staff was outstanding. Francisco, the restaurant manager, also took the time to speak with me and apologized for the earlier experience. I was very impressed by their efforts to address the situation; they truly understand how to ensure customer satisfaction. Everything was well done, and I appreciate the exceptional service. The reservation was not recorded in the booking diary, and our requests were not fulfilled. The sea bass was overcooked and watery. An incorrect second main dish was served, and we were charged for it. The correct main dish, chicken, was extremely dry, and a cold sauce was provided in a futile attempt to salvage it. The drinks were just mediocre. A service charge of 12.5% was automatically added to the bill, requiring us to manually calculate the total cost. The servers were okay, but they didn't take our order accurately and seemed confused when I asked for a celebratory candle or shot to be brought out. While the atmosphere was nice, the food and service did not live up to expectations.

a nice afternoon dinner. we booked for a table of 10 for a afternoon dinner and had a good time. it can be difficult to book online so we arranged the hotel marriott and they booked us in carluccios. tony called me the day before to make sure we were still before our booking. at the arrival the manager (a woman) did not know that we were pre-ordered, but her colleague has laid our table and waited for us. all staff were very nice and professional, service was prompt and friendly. the food was traditional Italian fare and well cooked. the drink selection was also very nice and the cocktails went well down. dephran took care of our table and was extremely professional and friendly. we celebrat...
