"we were on the way in the first january week in hamburg and were looking for an evening of our stay, a delicious restaurant to be able to satisfy our carving! after some research we found the chicago meatpackers and were actually immediately fired and flame! with great hunger we made ourselves on the way and our anticipation rose at entering the restaurant! the ambiente was very beautiful, making us feel right now. the service was very nice and accommodating. our order was promptly received and our drinks served quickly! a lob for the great self-made icy! clear recommendation from me! as an appetizer we ordered the chilli cheese fries that tasted us mega delicious! here was just everything! temperature, sharpness, quantity and taste! here too I can make a clear recommendation! then the main courts came and here you unfortunately did not meet all our expectations! our burgers were great from taste! philly cheese burger! also the look was very appealing! This american joint served me positively the worst meat I have tasted in years. I ordered ribs since it's their main attraction, and they advertise how good it is and that they serve 1000g portions.The meat was very chewy and the thick fat cap was impossible to eat. Ribs are supposed to be melting off the bone. It was practically impossible to eat the ribs without my bare hands. The only taste of the food came from the sauce which was too much ofcourse. Apparently they buy the worst quality of ribs very cheaply and charge 20+ euros for a huge portion, of which you can only eat a very small part. Because most of it is uneatable.We also had a salad and the vegetables had almost gone bad.
