"managed to try most restaurants in the environment before they return to our favorite Vieux clocher and it not disappointed. about 3 miles outside of barjac in the village st privat de champclos the location in a converted monastery (I think, . is very picturesque. they always seem to be full so they have to reserve. the 3 course set menus are 23€ or 35€, we went for the 23 and it was excellent. a tart with chicken curry and salat for starter, filet mignon with a senf sauce for main course and panacotta for dessert. in my view, they are more specialized with their appetizers and desserts, which all appear homemade. they tend to be fed well, but not filled after dinner. if they are anglo saxon, they can find some of the meats a little under boiled (like the ones who prefer it, but ask them to cook it 'well made' (with raised eyebrow! . large service the best restaurant we can find for 25 miles."

"We were lucky enough to be served by, La, Princess, no less!!! We were there for the flea market, and thirsty, Elodie welcomed us with her broad smile and good humor. We will return there, that's for sure, perhaps with his double that we presented to him in a photo. I recommend 200%."

"Je commencerai par : une très bonne adresse.je justifie ma note par le fait que le service est très loin d'être à la hauteur, comparé a l'excellence des mets.coté assiette : Juste parfait, un grand bravo au chef et à sa brigade, les goûts sont omniprésents, la recherches des saveurs est bien présente, le mariage des ingrédients est une farandole de bonheur pour nos papilles gustatives.Les assiettes sont copieuses, très copieuses, la décoration, la recherche de la décoration est bien présente, les assiettes arrivent à bonnes températures, ce fut vraiment un régal, il est certain que nous reviendrons.coté service, c'est là où le bât blesse , malgré les 32 années de service, je ne peux pas comprendre ce manque, je ne citerai que trois exemples que nous avons vécu durant notre diner, à noter cependant que l'accueil fut chaleureux et convivial :* je demande si un service au verre, pour le vin, est disponible, on me répond oui, une déclinaison en trois services, parfait . Le premier verre de vin arrive juste avant l'entrée, parfait, un vin très bon, un blanc de la propriété, bonne température, succulent, suite à ce verre.... j'attends toujours les autres, personne, je dis bien personne n'est jamais venu me proposer la suite, malgré une bonne centaine d'allées et venues des serveurs, le verre vide n'a jamais soulevé la moindre émotion.* le second point concerne le pain, qui, soit dit en passant est très bon, la panière vide, n'a jamais inquiété le moindre serveur, bien que cette dernière fut en évidence au bord de la table, il a fallu attendre le fromage et, insister, pour avoir du pain, c'est regrettable.*Le dernier point sera pour la carafe d'eau, tout comme le pain, une fois la carafe d'eau vide, et ce, très tôt dans le diner, nous n'avons jamais eu le bonheur de voir un serveur nous amener une nouvelle carafe d'eau, il a fallu, une fois de plus, quémander avec instance pour avoir une carafe d'eau, c'est là encore, fort regrettable.Je finirai par un point positif, un de plus, le cadre, cadre magnifique, nous avons diner dans le patio, ouvert sur le ciel; Une fois le soleil couché, l'harmonie visuelle qui nous est donnée par les vielles pierres et un savant éclairage est juste magnifique, l'olivier qui est au centre est juste superbe, est il le témoin de ces trente deux dernières années?"

"Table of 8 people. I had booked in this bistro to celebrate the birthday of children 9 years because we had already found the warm welcome last year. This year, nothing has changed. The warm welcome. We celebrated the birthday of children very happy to have had good desserts with candles. The menu for children with very good chicken net as well as pizza and hamburgers. Thanks to the boss and the whole team. We returned the week after and always as good and warm."

"Restaurant Creperie is a little hidden secret, like the front of the gift shop (the café is on the back) door opens the beautiful alley that has most of the Pavement restaurants. But they have the remote track behind which not only... not all passersby, but has a beautiful view of the church. I was previously visited and enjoyed a nice pale (waffle), but this time was fo lunch and we decided to go for the “Menu” to $18. It was either Gazpacho or charcuterie for the starter. A selection of their gallets (savoury crepes) for main and either 2 cups of ice cream or smoothie for dessert. Charcuterie was good. Had better gazpacho, but was refreshing. I was disappointed that they did not add another topping on my crepe without loading when I had chosen one of the cheaper ones and would have a 3 euro more expensive with the deal, but we all enjoyed our relative crepes and it was really a nice ambience. The highlight for me was the ice cream. Amazingly good and I'm hard to please with ice cream, definitely crafty and high quality. Top pick are salted caramel and Spectaroos taste!"
