"For 8 years, we have come to taste the cuisine of this talented and authentic chef. At first we looked at the map to choose our dishes to book, then very quickly we realized that Carole has the talent to make you love dishes that are not preferred for you then imagine how it sublimates the dishes you love. It puts tenderness, generosity and greediness in its kitchen. The flavor associations and textures that burst into the mouth never play false notes. In 8 years and we are faithful, we have never been disappointed, would it be once. Don't go for lace mats and silver candlesticks, because the Monteil is chichi-free, but better, it's shell and above all, you feel at home and that's what you want. The warm welcome you will find in the sunny accent of Antoine that serves you and sings dishes on the menu of the slate cooked by its beautiful and it is a real poetry! Best restaurant I could make in my life. The dishes change every week for the greatest pleasure of the guests. A pleasant setting with fabulous cuisine. The service is great and the owners are very friendly. For several years, I have been coming with my spouse, we are looking forward to the summer to eating.
