"Really lovely pub restaurant. We came the other day without a booking and despite all the reserved table the staff kindly fitted us in for a meal. Staff were really friendly and welcoming. Food was gooooood, really nice food and super good value for money. Portions were very generous. I had the steak and ale pie followed by sticky toffee pudding. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted great. We would come back again if we are in the area."

Wonderful Pub with excellent food and great service. The tables nicely laid out so that your not sat too close together. Pricing was just about right for what we had and would definitely go back again.

Had a family lunch in the upstairs room. It has been done up since i was last there and looks great. We had the roast lunch, and the food was delicious with a good selection of vegetables. The staff are lovely and very helpful and friendly and it is very reasonably priced. I will definitely be going back soon.
