"We visited this restaurant after being it being recommend to us by the holiday inn express. We were greeted kindly by the woman on the door and shown to a table but then it went downhill. It took a while for our order to be taken for drinks&food, but we did appreciate our waitress getting the booklet for the allergy out so we knew we were safe eating. The drinks were okay, but the food less so. Salmon and chips were fine as was the Caesar salad- the bacon was very stringy but chicken was well cooked. The pulled pork with chips plate was absolutely disgusting and the steak/chips meal was cooked wrong alongside being cold. It then took 20 minutes after we had finished for the plates to be taken from us and then another 20 minutes for us to be told where to get the bill and to pay. At this point the waitress had become incredibly rude, giving us rude looks alongside seemingly avoiding us, and had stopped communicating with us in the English she had already proven she had, and spoke to us in fluent French. It was not obvious that you had to go and pay at the desk, and it was not communicated to us. The toilets were clean, did the job, and the restaurant itself was clean. But there is a fish restaurant and a Burger King on the site which I would say are probably 10 times much better than this one. Honestly, big avoid."

served a traditional meal as they would expect from this chain of restaurants. we had not visited yet. we were looked after friendly and efficient. all COVID rules have been complied with. we had a delicious meal. but it was very quiet when we visited!

always very good acceuil with a young, nice and competent. The dishes are good and perfectly cooked. I remove the 5th star because from my previous visit you must add 1€ to the menu price to have a mixture of 2 vegetables. I don't think it's cool like that, the quantity doesn't change!

Tornata nell'hotel praticamente di fronte, non volevo spostare l'auto ed ho ridato fiducia a questo locale, mi piace questa catena ma la scorsa volta non mi ero trovata bene, stavolta invece è stata una cena davvero piacevole.Ho provato un nuovo piatto, che ho trovato molto gustoso, il Croq'Paille Savoyard, golosa anche l'ile flottante presa come dolce.Servizio cortese, conto giusto a cui ho potuto aggiungere lo sconto regalato dall'hotel, mostrando la chiave.

Disappointed after previous positive experiences here. Seated quickly, ordered and then I waited... my beer arrived after a few minutes, but food errr... my main course arrived but where was my starter? Main taken away, starter arrived... demolished in seconds as portions seem to have shrunk. Main returned and it was the same plate of food since now the meat was burnt in places and the fries almost cold. Will likely use again since it 's very convenient but only on a 'last chance ' basis.
