"we went for the first time on Friday. I'm shocked it won't heaving! the food was delicious, the staff was so friendly and did not linger or hasten you. there was so much choice on the menu and loved that they could see in the kitchen that proved they had nothing to hide! the ice cream is amazing when they can choose a taste, the naan looks amazing and they were so helpful with diet requirements. if they enjoy beer and do not drive, they try the king cobras, but warn them are quite strong! we took two parent groups, both of whom said it was the best indian they were, the facility that was the personal everything brilliant. 100% recommended!"

"Meal with Friends who suggested the restaurant. It was a Tuesday so was quiet. Lovely staff and amazing food! My friend recommended the Railway Goat which was legendary, however the whole meal was wonderful. Well balanced heat, spices, and flavours using clearly top quality ingredients. "This is a great Thai restaurant, very authentic. Lovely staff too. Four of us went in at lunchtime, three ate off the lunch menu, two courses for just over a tenner. I had (main menu food) a satay chicken a chicken salad. Portions slightly larger from the main menu (eg two satay skewers versus four) but all excellent dishes, chicken salad was wonderful and plentiful. Quick service too. We saw two ladies come in at 12, order, eat, pay and left in 30 mins. Parking in pay and display just round the corner. Perhaps only negative was drinks are expensive, even soft drinks. But overall still very worthwhile visiting."

"Really enjoyed this food, especially the tandoori chicken (1/2 leg) and the chapati (which were very soft and a decent size). We also tried the kitchen special lamb which was unique and tasted very good. The only thing I would not recommend is the chicken korma, just not my taste, it was a little too sweet. And I would love it if there was some cut raw onion with the tandoori chicken. Otherwise, buying the food online then collecting it was very easy and I got a 10% discount ! "After reviewing the menu, we decided to go for a 'running buffet' and shared a variety of dishes, reordering every ten minutes or so. I asked everyone to rate each dish on a scale of 1 to 5, and every main dish received a perfect score of 5, except for the Szechuan Prawns, which got a 5.5, and the sizzling spicy chicken, which scored a 6! The rice and noodles were all delicious—fluffy, tasty, and well-seasoned—but we gave them all a rating of 4 simply because the mains were exceptional. The standout dishes were the Char Siew (honey pork), which we ended up ordering three times, and the sizzling hot spicy chicken, which we ordered twice. It had a delightful kick of heat, was tender and moist, and had a wonderful sauce—even though I tried to manage the scores, they rated it a 6! The Szechuan prawns were plump, firm, and cooked to perfection, and they scored a very hard-fought 5.5, with just the right amount of heat. One of the boys was a bit picky, but we requested a serving of Singaporean noodles without vegetables for him without any hassle. This isn’t just average food; it’s really good, and it comes out quickly, looks appealing, and tastes fantastic—reflecting its price. We also tried the 'wine by the glass' options. The white Chilean Sauvignon Blanc paired well with the food, while I enjoyed an Australian Shiraz that complemented the beef, pork, and spicy dishes nicely. The Italian 'Blush' rosé was also a hit. We're already planning to return on Monday with another group of six to explore more of the menu, and I’m genuinely looking forward to it. If you truly appreciate good food, I highly recommend trying Chef Peking!"
