"I was looking for a nice place to go out with my family as my parents were visiting. So I decided to give Da Romeo a try. From far one of the best experiences for me! From the booking to the hospitality, atmosphere and delicious...food! You find all these in one place! Me and my family had a great time there! Definitely recommend them and definitely will return"

Was in Germany on a brief trip and wanted to catch up with my cousin in Schneverdingen and she suggested their favourite restaurant 'da Romeo'. We had a great meal and I was delighted with her choice, great ambience, the meal was delicious and the...service was attentive but not intrusive. Would definitely go there again

"We were here during a family celebration. The food was very delicious and the staff very friendly and welcoming. The restaurant looks a little “rustic” from the outside but is very tastefully decorated inside. The dishes on the map invite you to return."

"Very hospitable and nice service, everything is completely clean. The staff is really a well-established team. 5 Full award, a Quzo forward and one after it ordered the number 82, instead of rice with pommes. On the way there was something of fresh bread with the totally spicy herbal butter, so the taste nerve at the main course was a little influenced. The Souflaki Filet Spieß was gorgeously tender, a very small little pink meat color still existed, the Giros meat had different colors and there was no single juicy piece The Bifteki was dark and dry Within about 30 minutes the restaurant Rhodos was completely occupied"

"Wir sind mit Freunden zu einem Silvesterarrangement angereist, 3 Nächte, Frühstück, 6-Gänge-Menü und Kutschfahrt durch die Heide.Die Zimmer waren sehr gut, das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen, das Frühstück war reichhaltig, wenn auch das Rührei, wenn denn vorhanden, jeden Morgen kalt war. Die außen ausgehängte Speiskarte las sich verlockend, die uns im Restaurant vorgelegt dagegen war äußerst übersichtlich und die abendlichen Öffnungszeiten der Küche überraschend kurz (17.30 bis 20.00 Uhr). Am Freitag, 30.12. schien das Personal überlastet, Wartezeit auf ein Getränk ca. 30 Min., auf das Essen ca. 1 Std. 30 Min. Es gab es noch den Weihnachtslachs mit Meerrettichkruste von der Weihnachtskarte für 18,90 €. Das Ergebnis auf dem Teller war ernüchternd, der Lachs o.k., die Meerrettich- kruste geschmacksneutral, die Beilagen darunter eine Frechheit: 2 1/2 ungeschälte Drillinge, jeweils 3 Stückchen Karotte, Pastinake (?) und gelbe Rübe in einer geschmacklosen Brühe. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmte überhaupt nicht und ich habe mich im Nachhinein geärgert, dass ich nichts anderes genommen habe - Meine Frau hat mir mitleidvoll etwas von ihrem ausgezeichneten Schnitzel abgegeben.Die Kutschfahrt war langweilig und verzichtbar - allerdings ließen Kakao mit Schuß und Glühwein hoffen. Als unsere Becher bei einer Pause auf der Kutsche gefüllt waren, war die Pause zu Ende, die Kutsche rumpelte wieder los und die heißen Getränke landeten auf der Kleidung - wenigstens die Hände waren jetzt warm !!!Am 01.Jan., als die Küche um 20.00 Uhr bereits geschlossen hatte und Schneverdingen so tot war wie ein Zentralfriedhof, hatte nur noch der Adria-Grill geöffnet und das Abendessen war gerettet."

"Der Service im Restaurant ist super. Man wird sehr freundlich beraten und informiert. Das Essen schmeckt auch wirklich sehr lecker, ist aber meiner Meinung nach zu teuer. Ja die Panaden und Saucen sind selbst gemacht und ja es handelt sich, so steht's zumindest geschrieben, um hochwertige Produkte. Trotzdem kann ich nicht für eine Cornflakes Panade 3,50 € berechnen oder für Käse überbacken 3,90 €. Eine Packung Käse mit 500 Gramm kostet 3 € im Laden.... Die Sauce mit Pfifferlingen war ebenfalls lecker, nur hätte ich genau 6 kleine Pfifferlinge in meiner Sauce. Und nur die Sauce alleine hat schon 6,90 € gekostet. Also nochmal. Service gut, Essen lecker, Portionsgröße ebenfalls OK, aber Preise gerade für die sämtlichen Zusätze wie Saucen oder Panaden wirklich deutlich zu teuer. Knapp 30€ pro Schnitzel ist schon eine Ansage!"
