"Absolutely appalling service unfortunately! Having booked in advance, we a had table of 5 people on a Saturday night. The restaurant was not too busy, and we initially had a waiter who took our order. Having sat down before 6.30, we didn't receive our mains until after 8pm! I'd understand more if we had been a larger party, but for only 5 people this seems like such a long time! I also don't think we would have minded if we had been updated with the delayed order, or offered more drinks, but nobody even looked in our direction. We had long run out of drinks, and struggled to find service to order more in the end we had to get up and order at the bar. It's a shame because the food was quite nice, but there is just nothing more frustrating than paying quite high prices to be ignored... then being charged a service charge."

I highly recommend trying the daily special of meatballs and the pea and pancetta risotto at this restaurant. The staff is fantastic, the wine list is good, and overall it was a very enjoyable dining experience.

I love this place, it's one of the few good restaurants in Cambridge. Authentic Italian run by owner Paul, who's extremely friendly and has a great team. The head chef's personality matches his brilliant cooking. Excellent seafood risotto!!! Visualizza piatti

The Italian restaurant offers genuinely high-quality, fresh food in a friendly atmosphere. I enjoyed the bruschetta followed by a risotto, while my partner had the burrata followed by sea bass. All dishes were fresh, well-prepared, and nicely presented. The Montepulciano wine was also very good.

We were able to secure a table at this popular independent Italian restaurant on a bustling Saturday night. The food was fantastic and the staff were attentive. We had a wonderful evening and I highly recommend this place. It's best to make a reservation though, as many walk-ins were being turned away.

Knockout! Paul found us a table for two and settled us in. The menu was excellent with a great choice of food. The food was superb and freshly cooked so not quick, but so worth the short wait. The service was excellent and the staff were super friendly. Great vibe. Very highly recommended. Thank Paul and team. Visualizza piatti

De Lucas is in a great location. Lovely place to eat. Good menu. Nice to be able to see the chefs working. Bread and olives great. Wine wonderful ! Main meal so nice so many to choose from. Meat and Veggies. The girl who served our table so nice. Paul De Luca the owner a really chatty man who knows his stuff. If we had stayed longer we would have gone again. Winner

This was a great experience. We went to the “cucina” section and throughly enjoyed it. Served by incredibly friendly and nice staff, who were also experienced, we loved the food it was perfect. I personally started with the squid and then went to a pizza, where there was a huge array of tasty choices. Portion sizes were great and it definitely filled us up in a great way. Would recommend!

"added dropwise for a pizza on the afternoon without reservation, and we were warmly welcomed and set immediately. the smell of reifer tomatensauce and gooey mozzarella in the stone oven under fire baked was an salutation to the sinnen. the restaurant was filled with a pleasant humor of talking and laughing, the sound of the teigs chopped in the kitchen, and the familiar sound of tellers and cutlery picked up and put down again - all with weak Italian music plays in the background. the ambiente was a tasteful hauch of seafoam blue on the wooden wall panels and equipped with sturdy furniture with red chili oils, salt and peppers and various types of fresh crimp on each table. a table can have salvia, another basilikum, the next coriander. a charming, subtler node to the l 'arte d 'arrangiarsi the art of making something from nothing of pizza. the menu was easy and easy to navigate, nothing to slandered level and nothing too adventurous. we ordered a pesto pizza and we asked for extra tomato sauce to which our server would be happy insured. after many times we came to our table customers and sleeps! the pesto had a tasteful taste and was pleasant tangy, the tomato sauce was juicy and not quite watery, and the mozzarella was evenly distributed and reached every end of the teigs. the best part, however, was the thick, soft resistance of the crust - not even the least incineration, but just at the right time pulled out of that. a 1 x 1 ' ft perfectly presented pizza. the, with two fizzy drinks, for less than 20 £. will return for the same, but with the intention to add a little red wine."
