Typical family restaurant in the typical german village. For those who know only the the street number as a address, the place could not be very easy to find. You may choose the outdoor sitting, which could be very good idea, because the nearest restaurant's surroundings are separated from main pedestrian zone by range of buildings. Thus, sitting at the table only a little of eyes watch what you eat.The staff is extremely helpful and hospitable. Menu is short but everybody could find something for himself. Definitely, I could recommend that restaurant.

We think this is the best restaurant in Hofheim. It is located in an old "Fachwerk" - house with old German interior in the middle of the old centre of Hofheim am Taunus. They have a very nice and quiet beergarten as well, although it is only 30 meters from the marketplace. On this square there is a market every Wednesday and Saturday - morning. The plates are German high quality, but different then you'll will find elsewhere. The prices are more than average, between 15 and 25 € for a plate, but you can also find offers. (E.g.
