A mixed experience. At lunch, a menu that testifies to a real work but remains very frugal: a knight's omble tartare a little crushed by seasoning, a resistance dish (veau) with very minimalist accompaniment, but a gourmet chocolate dessert. Question cuisine, everything was tasty, with a small flat on the quantity. However, for a restaurant of this quality, having a non-climatized room is inconceivable. At the service level I was surprised to drink wine in the same glass as that of the aperitif...... For a gastro, I find it light. In addition, the presentation of the menu is odd: you have different menus served in 4, 6 or 8 dishes but without knowing what you eat.
