We visited last night to celebrate my partner's birthday, and it was truly amazing! The staff were incredibly attentive and even rushed to help me with a glass of water when I started to choke. All i can say is this, the food we had was fantastic, well cooked, presented, perfect. The menu had a varied selection, ranging from classic pub fare, to more a la carte. We sat in the bar area, it was busy, but we were served promptly, we weren't rushed, and when we had ordered there wasn't too long to wait for the food to arrive, all in all we had a very enjoyable time,

I didn't have a room like a local, but I decided to visit for Sunday lunch again. Wow, I was truly amazed by the new starter: breaded belly pork with a Thai curry-style dressing. It was outstanding! For the main course, I had the lamb Sunday dinner, which was also exceptional. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service was first-class, delivered with a friendly smile.

I absolutely adore the Forest Lodge—it's definitely one of my favorite dining spots. The atmosphere is wonderfully laid-back and cozy, especially in the bar area. The staff members are friendly, and the bar snacks are fantastic. I had the chicken in a basket, which I've tried several times, and it never disappoints. The pizzas are excellent as well! The prices for bar meals are quite reasonable, and the Sunday roasts are delightful, particularly the mushrooms! I highly recommend this charming little pub. Visualizza piatti
