"I come into the Grange when I visit from France to work with english disabled people. I am very impressed with Chloe, she could not do more for my family. This evening I came in alone and she recognised me straight away and knew my drink and had the time to sit and speak with me. Hopefully she will be again when I visit in December with family. There is no fault with anything, that's all I can say. And I used to own a restaurant that my son has bow taken over. I would highly recommend! If I came again and Chloe wasn't there I don't feel it would be the same. I'll be in again on 17th December for dinner."

Nice welcome from the manager on arrival, showing us to table. Excellent Korean chicken starter, followed by the Mother's day roast beef good variety of vegetables. Reasonable cost would consider it value for money.

Lovely place. Staff were great. Really enjoyed the food. Great atmosphere. Was served by Jade. Again, always happy, helpful and friendly regardless of how busy they are. Also been served by Mel whom was just as nice. Thank you

Good value, tasty food served in generous portions. Service was attentive, but not intrusive. The only downside was the lack of any atmosphere. Just a little background music would have been nice! Parking: Lots of parking bays close to the restaurant. Price per person: £30–40 Food: 4

Warm, friendly and inviting. Kim was outstanding host, great personality, smiley and bubbly. Food was well presented, only tiny detail was my steak was over done but everything tasted amazing. First visit, very impressed. The staff were efficient and friendly. Food was excellent. The decor is nice and welcoming, and although there were several groups dining, it was still quiet enough to enjoy a cosy lunch. Toilet facilities exceptionally clean and well decorated. Also, lovely and warm no cold seats here!

The Grange convenient walking distance right next to Premier Inn Boreham Chelmsford. Super friendly staff (Kim Tilley), great meal choices at affordable prices. Lovely atmosphere and a great meal. The food was excellent but the service was slow in fairness to the Grange this was due to several of the staff having covid and therefore being absent. The food is reasonably priced and if you have tesco vouchers for this chain they will accept them. It's a family pub so if you want total peace and quiet you may be out of luck. Book ahead they get busy.
