Maybe the best food in awe. here is only menus. you can choose the number of courses. on request a weinbegleitung. the food is very wonderful and the service as well. rarely in hefurt as friendly and well served as here.

the concept for choosing a menu that I find great because everything is perfectly matched and super fresh. each court is a small work of art. Dezent aufmerksamer Service, angenehmes Ambiente. Ein kleines Amusegeule (Rinderfiletwürfel) , Weißbrot und Butterrosetten zu Beginn. Wir hatten zwei Hauptgerichte. Einmal Hirschfilet, der mir persönlich etwas zu roh gewesen wäre. Angerichtet mit wunderbar grünen Rosenkohlblättern und in Speck gewickelte Toastbrotscheiben. Und als zweites Hauptgericht Dorado auf der Haut gebraten mit Gemüse. Kartoffeln wollte ich nicht, das wurde auch berücksichtigt. Alles war frisch zubereitet und aufwendig angerichtet. Die Preise fand ich allerdings sehr ambitioniert. Deshalb ein Stern Abzug. (z.B. Suppe 10€, Dorado 30,-€).Für einen besonderen Anlass eine schöne location.

after 6 months we were back in our favourite restaurant, unfortunately this time a real disappointment! the menu offers only one menu without other alternatives, the selection consists only in the number of courses. the main course is winged, but we would rather want the lamb fillet to be the main meal, asking for something nice than supplement, were informed that everything would only be served as it was intended. then we have two pieces of datei, this on a cold quinoa basic, sweetly decorated. we had a very creative dessert, but a 2 floor menu was not intended! since the whole night were only three tables occupied, we did not understand that by a so savvy cook for us three was not possible...

since our last visit were approx. Two 1/2 years ago. now we wanted a nice dining after the corona break. it was a heart disappointment: nothing was more like it was: a menu, no more teller dishes ok, you can make if you had more choices), prices have somehow doubled and the quality is at least fried. the individual walks came extremely slowly: for 5 teller included we spent 3 hours in the restaurant without letting us eat great time, with insg 6 occupied tables! no, it was also no elaborate molecular kitchen. the individual dishes consisted either of broth-fried, tasted, as a kind of flat dumpling or as a dry supplement) or of tastefully undefined sauces, foaming, mousse or other garniture....
