We had such a special evening, all thanks to a lovely waitress- who we think was called abbie. Constant smiles and awesome service. She was extremely well versed on the wine list and recommended our new favourite dish!

Lovely little restaurant, my daughter and I passed it many times and thought we would try it. No regrets. Staff was very friendly, welcoming and attentive. We had Salmon and Poached egg on Muffin with an Iced Coffee. Simple food made well. We will definitely go again!

We went to Jack and Alice (on a recommendation) last Tuesday evening Fondue Evening with our daughter and grandchildren for our daughter's birthday. We enjoyed a fondue and various tapas dishes. There was a good atmosphere and the staff were very friendly and helpful; altogether a most enjoyable evening.

My daughter I had lunch here on a busy Saturday. Staff are really friendly and the food is scrumptious. My daughter had a homemade fish finger sandwich and I had a burger with a really good gluten free bun. Coffee is excellent and the cakes are delicious. Held mine and my wife's joint 50th birthday party at J&A. What a fantastic venue, Mark and his team were absolutely amazing “whatever you want we’ll make it work” that’s what I wanted to hear and they delivered. Food was so delicious and all our guest were so impressed. Bar staff were so friendly and helpful. If you’re looking for a venue look no further than J&A. You won’t be disappointed!!

Quality service, tasty food, good pricing. We had schmitzel and lamb pie. My pie just right, tendermeat wirking very well with the sause and mash and veggies on the side. Coffee for espressos us french roast nearly, so a bit too far on the roast, but acceotable to thise used to strong flavours. Sticky toffee desert was very nice. Sufficient selection of beer, considering wine is their forte. I had tasty NEIPA. Highly Recommend

Live in tvdzarsz and thff position is convenient. The staff are clueless. You can stand and wait to be seated for ages while the place is not busy and tech are talking amongst themselves. The cakes are great but the food in general is big particularly nice. The coffee is also a bit grim. The place seems to have no one in charge and while the staff are nice, they are very drippy and do not seem to have an eye on their customers. Trying to catch their eye is exhausting. I have given up going there now. Been giving it a lot of chances over the past four years and it doesn’t improve. In fact it seems to be going down hill rapidly.
