Ci siamo divertiti. all'equilibrio che dormi e mangi bene. camera pulita e spaziosa. pranzo e cena indimenticabili. un caro abbraccio alla famiglia dello zio, speriamo di vederti presto.

We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The ravioli was delicious as was the mushroom pasta. The house wine was the perfect addition to our meal. Good service too. Highly recommend!

Loved this local family run restaurant.. beautiful and tasty family style food at very reasonable prices… popular with locals which tells you everything you need to know about how authentic the food and service is.. will definitely return.

Abbiamo trascorso un ottimo momento alla La Bilancia. Il cibo era perfetto. Seguire le raccomandazioni del capo cameriere si è dimostrato saggio e, soprattutto, il personale è stato eccellente con i nostri bambini che si sono sentiti a casa e benvenuti. Saremo felici di tornare!

Non lasciatevi ingannare dall'etichetta di ristorante di alta classe, che serve solo a descrivere il servizio, il maitre D', i tavoli con tovaglie di lino e la qualità del cibo....i piatti sono tutti locali, realizzati con ingredienti locali e non dovete nemmeno consultare il menu! Accettate i suggerimenti del vostro cameriere o del maitre D' e otterrete la pasta e la carne più fresche che ci siano! Si tratta di autentica cucina abruzzese in un ambiente raffinato, perfetto per un'occasione speciale o una cena romantica per due! È un ottimo posto anche per matrimoni e eventi di gruppo numeroso, per pranzo o cena.

What an amazing place this is , our daughter and son in law , held their wedding here ,along with their 40 guests who all stayed at the hotel for at least three days . The friendliness and professionalism of the staff was excellent and they all made this the most wonderful experience. To anyone thinking of having La Bilancia as a wedding venue I would recommend it 100%, the gardens were beautiful, the food was perfection, catering for several different dietary requirements , the hotel was spotless and very welcoming , with nothing being to much trouble . A special mention to Ute who made all of us feel so much at home , we just can’t thank you enough .

We held our wedding at the hotel and it could not have been more perfect for us and our 40 guests. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt like we were with extended family. Throughout the planning we had complete control and flexibility with wonderful guidance on Italian tradition. The hotel is beautiful and absolutely spotless. We were told to make it our home for the week and that is how it felt. The food is delicious and created with such knowledge and passion. We had a pasta making class which so much fun and will definitely be trying at home. My biggest thank you and praise is for Ute. Without her it would not have been the experience it was. l'equilibrio per i locali sa molto bene che è una garanzia, dopo la prenotazione in anticipo siamo andati al posto. Dopo tutto, siamo stati accompagnati dal nostro tavolo con personale altamente professionale. dopo i vari saluti con i proprietari e i vicini di tavola, il personale ha cominciato a servirci. Antipasto di tacchino Canzanese con insalata fresca. brodo con stracciatella e cardo, lasagne, spaghetti alla chitarra con salsa fresca. reale di girello con patate al forno con maiale e insalata. in dolce finitura così come le patatine fritte cacionetti con vino e caffè passito . tutti i piatti fatti nella casa di una delicatezza unica, cucina perfetta così come nella camera. The maitre'd at Taverna 58 was kind enough to suggest this restaurant to us. The drive from Pescara is beautiful, and the hotel/restaurant is in a gorgeous part of the countryside. Traditional antipasti were delicious and pastas were very rich, but fantastic. As an American, this felt like what we think of when we think of italian food. Rich tomato sauce, and very well made pasta. Communicating in English was easy enough, and really warm hospitality makes you feel welcomed. As others have mentioned, lots of locals were in having leisurely lunches and it feels like a local gem.
