"Now it's time for us to say goodbye to the beautiful island of throwing away. the truth is that the gastronomic journey has been intense, but really pleasant. And we ended up where our trajectory began, to close the circle. so perfectists are us. "we have gone my partner and I on the recommendation of richi (camarero di restaurant el charcon) that I also recommend to visit by the way. "Estas joyas, en un tirador, son casi siempre mostradas por personas que viven allí. Así fue mi experiencia. y fue muy bueno. un servicio muy completo, la carta es concreta y no demasiado extensa. la sección de carne es fabulosa y la ejecución de los platos muy bueno aunque no muy uniforme, es decir, hay platos ejecutados casi como michelina estrella y otros más “normales”. pero siempre a un alto nivel en todas las secciones. Es mejor ir con el tiempo para almorzar y disfrutar de una buena comida y caer de la tarde allí."
