What an incredible dining experience! Every dish that was brought to our table came with a detailed and passionate explanation. We came here a while ago, been meaning to write this review! One of the best restaurants I’ve been to. Sea bass with caviar was amazing. Interesting wine (or drink??? pairing that works! Beauty is in the eye of the beholder... or in this case the mouth. I don't want so spoil the experience for anybody but there comes a point where you don't want to eat the food... you want to be the food. I mean the sea bass almost gave me an existential crisis. And the hospitality! And the interior! Expensive? Yes! Worth every penny? Absolutely. Meal type: Dinner

We enjoyed the tasting menu for lunch, which included the onion tartlet, duck cooked over embers, several fish dishes, the chocolate tart, and the white millefeuille. Every dish was delightful, although the millefeuille was good but not quite on par with the chocolate tart. The service was outstanding as well, with the chef personally checking in to see if we were enjoying our meals.

A truly exceptional experience. The tasting menu offers a delightful journey through an array of flavors and textures. Each dish and every bite was both enjoyable and unforgettable. The restaurant exudes sophistication, with attention paid to every detail to ensure an extraordinary dining experience. The highlight of the evening was when Chef López personally introduced himself to our table and invited us to meet the kitchen team and the staff working behind the scenes.
