"Gestern waren wir erstmals im wiedereröffneten Bürgerkeller in Schlierbach. Mein Gedanke war, da hat der neue Pächter ein schweres Erbe anzutreten (die Hokenmaiers waren nun wirklich eine Institution hier in der Gegend). Aber was soll ich sagen, der neue Pächter bekäme bei mir ebenfalls die Schulnote 1+. Zum Auftakt hatte ich eine Maultaschensuppe, war wirklich eine große Portion, gut gepfeffert mit 2 relativ üppigen Maultaschen in der Brühe. Die Suppe hatte nur einen kleinen Nachteil sie war so überirdisch lecker, daß mir meine Frau, die sonst nicht so auf Maultaschen steht, gleich die Hälfte der Suppe weg aß. Sei ihr gegönnt! Als Hauptgericht bestellte meine Frau sich "Scaloppina Gorgonzolasoße "auf eigenen Wunsch mit hausgemachten Spaghetti. Ich hatte das Doradenfilet mit Gemüse. Bei beiden Essen war ein Beilagensalat im Preis enthalten. Beide Gerichte waren megalecker!!! Und in unseren Augen wirklich preiswert! Service war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ambiente kann man nur als sehr gemütlich und ansprechend bezeichnen. Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch dort. Der neue Pächter ist ein Glücksgriff für unsere lokale Gastronomie. "We were the first time after the change of property in La Sicilia. We were warmly welcomed. We were kindly asked if we would like to sit in the restaurant or on the terrace. "Great German restaurant for every occasion with very good value for money and truly remarkable service that you do not get in the region, in my opinion. In addition, the card changes regularly after season, so there are always new creations. It also includes vegetarian and vegan dishes that can be seen and do not drive the standard program. If you like it more classic, you can also find simple dishes on the Vesper card. We celebrated our wedding there in April and are super satisfied with this choice: even for over 60 guests, service and kitchen work perfectly in the Schäferhof.
