Waited 15 minutes to pay, including 1 glass of Epesses at 11 fr, or 110 fr per liter... They don't have any peanuts!

Disappointing... Gamberoni still frozen on the plate... red fruits from the dessert still frozen and difficult to chew as well... For the price, can clearly do better. Too bad... However, we were looking forward to going there. Hoping this will change in the future.

Truly excellent Italian restaurant. Obviously it's a bit expensive, but you pay for both the quality of the food and the quality of the service. The menu is authentic Italian and the dishes are cooked to perfection. Pleasant even in summer with the outdoor terrace overlooking the lake

We ate here 3 times during our stay in Lausanne. The service was excellent every time we were served by Robert, who was friendly, polite and efficient. Each visit we had different meals and all were excellent. A good choice on the menu. The weather was warm and we were able to sit outside each time, which was great as was the view of the lake. Complex dishes having element which requires different cooking time may not be all warm or perfectly cooked once the dish reach the table, some elements on the plate can even be cold. Pasta is either over salted or not salted at all

I begin by saying that the location of this restaurant is truly remarkable. The view of the lake is spectacular and already this deserves a positive evaluation. Second mention goes to the staff, really very friendly and also efficient. I was invited for a business lunch. I must say that I do not like to frequent Italian restaurants abroad, because the cuisine, although inspired by tradition, must necessarily adapt to foreign tastes. As for the courses I ordered, this is also the case here. In conclusion, I would say good cuisine, but not very adherent to Italian taste. Prices not cheap, but appropriate to the class of the restaurant.

We visited the Michelin awarded restaurant. I have an allergy to onions, so I always go to good restaurants to make this request. I ordered a cucumber and tomato salad as a starter and the Branzino with vegetables and potatoes as a main course. All neutral dishes... The cucumber/tomato salad came without onions at first glance, but the tomatoes and onions were cut on the same board as the onions and both had a very intense onion flavour. I brought this to the attention of the service staff and they apologised. Took the plate back to the kitchen. After about 3 mins a lady came back to my table with the same plate and told me that they could not serve the salad any other way as they always use... Visualizza piatti
