"*Leckere and versatile selection with fair portion sizes* The new tenants on the 1. November 22 were launched, offer a wide range of foods, with classic vesper, meat dishes and vegetarian/ vegan dishes that keep the scale. The prices are suitable for the dishes and the quality of the dishes, and the natural cook of the house like to put on wild herbs and other specialties from nature. All dishes we tasted were very tasty: the rainbow trouts were tender and freed from fats, the pork steak roasted to the point, the roasted potato crust and the salad plate consisted of many different salads including pumpkin seeds. I also feel very beautiful and commendable that people with disabilities are integrated in the Hirzwald team. - The staff was still somewhat uncoordinated, but this is completely understandable in the first week. I can recommend the restaurant completely and like to come back."

The new hosts make here really a super-jop goods with a company there to eat everything agreed on the table there fits all taste/price performance Can only say I felt very comfortable was definitely not the last time there and can only recommend it

Alle Mitarbeiter sind einfach ungemein nett und aufrichtig bemüht, dass man sich als Gast zuhause und unendlich gut versorgt fühlt. Das Essen ist köstlich frisch, ansehnlich drapiert, gesund und aufregend und dennoch günstig. Die eigenen Produkte sind dort auch einfach richtig hochwertig. Unser Aufenthalt im Hirzwald war wirklich sehr toll. Wir waren mit vier Personen und unserem Hund (Amstaff) da und wurden sehr herzlich aufgenommen. Die Bedienung war mehr als freundlich und das Essen für uns ein absoluter Traum. Wenn wir mehr als 5 Sterne geben könnten, würden wir das definitiv machen. Das Essen ist absolut lecker, durchdacht und liebevoll angerichtet. Ich habe mich als Veganerin über das große Angebot an veganen Gerichten gefreut! Dazu hat man auch noch einen super schönen Ausblick, das Restaurant ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet einfach schön. Wir haben uns sofort willkommen gefühlt, sehr sympathische, charismatische Menschen. Nur weiter zu empfehlen, wir hatten einen sehr schönen letzten Abend unseres Urlaubs und kommen definitiv wieder. Liebe Grüße aus dem Saarland!

I expected more, eating wasn't slecht, but a bit overpriced. I was happy about a classic Black Forest cuisine, was a bit disappointed, e.g. no saucer, bacon, sausage with sauerkraut, but OK. Today, pifferlings map, so a pifferlings dish was selected, entrecote with pifferlings in sauce and we exchanged the band noodles for roasting. Steaks were baked after hot, Röstis tasty, but the seedlings were really bitter! frozen? Supplement salad must be ordered to choose from salad bar. Overall, I find the prices too high and the star of the menu, peachlings, were simply not leaks. Improve desired!
