"A strange experience for a birthday dinner for 8 people, one evening in July with 18/19 degrees on the terrace and an inappropriate insistence from the butler who ended up agreeing to install us in the restaurant room to contemplate the other refrigerated customers with their jackets hurrying to eat to leave .... We were warned that the service would be long because of a lack of staff and if we found the bread and butter delicious, we would have to pay extra to have it. 'other !! however, the meal was excellent and we advised them to keep their chef in the kitchen for lack of competent staff in the dining room, who were a little too sarcastic and in a hurry to put us outside at 10:30 p.m. by closing the curtains when we were finishing our coffees. ... This well-known address does not deserve to be put in the hands of a pseudo hotel manager who would do well to go back to school or change jobs if he is so frustrated. "Ive previously had enjoyable visits here, all good. So we called in for a family pizza dinner earlier in the week, we waited to be greeted, but no staff arrived. So we chose a table and sat down, had to ask for menus. After about 20 minutes of being in the restaurant, we were told that a member of staff had gone home ill theirs an expected delay. I wished the staff member good health we left. We were too hungry to wait. Returning a few days later, Saturday. The restaurant was at about 50% capacity. Menus given, drinks served, orders taken. Starters arrived. then the loooonnnngggg wait for our pizzas. One pizza was sent back as it was cold. The others should have been accompanied with safety glasses, dry and brittle aswell as being just about warm in temperature, but edible. Deserts were underwhelming but were consumed. We all took a trip to use the W.C. it was horrifying. Absolutely disgusting. Are these the facilities the staff use? I wont go into description, but the gents the disabled W.C. would make even those with the strongest of stomachs.... Photos added. Just over 70euros for 2 adults and a kids menu... Slow service, cold shattering pizzas! The stench of the toilets has unfortunately tainted my nostrils."

"The second visit here, both good. The first on a market Saturday lunchtime, so very busy, and had to sit on their bar seats, that run along one wall. Initially disappointed, but there was no need as didn't feel annexed.The second on one of there small tables. The food - their smaller helping burger on both occasions - was very good on both occasions. Particularly the actual patty & the hand-cut chips. The burgers came with what they call 'cheddar', but in Britain this would really be called a processed cheese slice. However, for the price charged (about 18 euros for two, including 2 Leffe beers & one pud) - complaints would be nite-picking.The pud sampled was a chocolate muffin, with a semi liquid centre - quite good & came with a cup of espresso coffee included. Good coffee by the way.Good, friendly service."

"Une terrasse très agréable pour les soirées d'été. Le service est lui aussi très agréable. Très bonnes pizzas cuites au feu de bois,à conseiller pour les amateurs de pâtes fines.En dessert, nous avions choisis des profiteroles faites maison, malheureusement, plus de glace à la vanille. nous choisissons donc un autre parfum pour les garnir. Pour moi qui voulais du café il en reste, pour ma compagne préfèrent de la noix de coco ont nous dit qu'il n'y en a plus non plus. Menthe non plus. cela fait beaucoup. Cela a fini par de la glace à la mangue. Les choux et le chocolat fondu étaient bien maison et très bon. Nous pension avoir l'apéritif offert après tout cela mais non, aucun geste. Au total plus de 50€ pour deux verres en apéritif, deux pizzas et deux profiteroles. Un peu chère à notre gout."
