much too expensive for what it is, 35€ a dish (beef meat) for a small town of aardèche, (local product certainly.) on the other hand server/server with the best understanding, but I do not recommend. and very few choices on the map

Very nice place first. Very nice frame and room staff with small care and young waitress very pro and smiling. Meals with beautiful products, foie gras, red tuna and dishes around the truffle. Little hic, the marrow didn't roll as announced. But very well. Go on.
