"Ristorante Le Maschere was an absolute highlight during our trip to Venice! When we came to Le Maschere we were greeted with a beautiful dining room with an open roof that showed off both the sky and the beautiful architecture of the building. The vibe is very romantic, and the tables are spaced far enough apart that we didn't feel crowded or overwhelmed. Where this restaurant really shined, however, was in its service. Le Maschere had some of the best service we had seen in all of Italy. When we were seated they brought us drinks and menus quickly, and they even provided us each with a free plate of tuna tartare! The experience was further elevated by the food, which was both traditional (in the flavors and ingredients and yet also unique (in how those flavors and ingredients were used . Our appetizer was the Caprese, and it was served with some nicely seasoned tomatoes and a type of rustic bread (cut up almost like croutons . The bread almost looked like croutons, but it is soaked with a type of olive oil seasoned with other ingredients that gives it a lot of flavor while still leaving it crunchy enough to provide texture. For our meals, I ordered the Risotto with Razor Clams (which was excellent! The seafood in Venice really is incredible and my wife ordered the Gnocchi with a Duck Ragout and Granny Smith apples. Both of our meals were fresh, flavorful, and a unique spin on what I believe are traditional venetian dishes. The desserts were even more fancy, though. I ordered a type of cookie served with a thicker mousse (not a gooey moose, but something more akin to the texture of tiramisu that was swirled into a large spiral and my wife ordered the semifreddo (which was particularly beautiful! . Both were fantastic! The only thing I should note is that Le Maschere can be a little hard to locate! Its located right off one of the smaller canals within a hotel. Don't let that turn you away, though, the food and the service here made it easily worth the trip!"

Ho trovato questo posto per caso, non c'era scelta migliore. Abbiamo mangiato tutti e cinque i nostri paccheri! Bene. personale cordiale soprattutto cristian.

Exquisite experience. Lovely outside patio too. Food was brilliant and staff where very attentive complimentary Bellini as our aperitif really set up the evening !

Siamo andati due volte a questo ristorante mentre alloggiavamo presso l'hotel Starhotels Splendid Venice. Cibo delizioso e servizio buono, i piatti di pesce erano particolarmente buoni.

This restaurant is located in the Splendid Venice Star Hotel. I 'm not sure why the about says it moved. The food was excellent and the staff was very attentive. We had Sea Bass, Lamb Chops, and pasta. Everything was delicious. Would highly recommend eating here.

raffinato ristorante di hotel (la prenotazione non era chiara), accedendo con il cartone di cera di forche sul tavolo (la forchetta). Non l'ho mai visto prima. Ho preso taglierina con tartufo nero (non uomini molto buoni e fegato a veneziano, bene. Prezzi in linea con la posizione, altini (meno male abbiamo avuto un piccolo sconto).

Great food and very family friendly. We had a lovely meal here and the service was fabulous. We ordered a vegetarian starter of grilled vegetables, the ravioli and the vegetable tagliatelle and all courses were perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. It was quite dear however it is in the heart of Venice and was very nicely cooked.

Altamente raccomandato! Abbiamo mangiato una pizza fantastica, un antipasto di burrata e prosciutto e alcuni drink...tutto delizioso. Facile trovare un tavolo, ottimo servizio, anche divertente guardare le persone. I prezzi erano molto ragionevoli, le scelte alimentari buone. Non è una cena "di lusso", ma ottimo per famiglie e coppie. Ci è piaciuto. Un piccolo ristorante in una delle strade principali vicino a San Marco - ben posizionato.

Mia moglie ed io stavamo celebrando il nostro anniversario e abbiamo acquistato un buono pasto con biglietti per l'opera. Questo posto è una chicca. L'allestimento e l'atmosfera sono molto romantici e il personale è molto professionale. Le foto su trip advisor non rendono giustizia a questo posto. Questo ristorante a 5 stelle è imperdibile se si visita Venezia. Assicuratevi di prenotare con molto anticipo prima di visitare Venezia. Inoltre, arrivate presto per godervi il trattamento a 5 stelle dal bar prima di accomodarvi.

Had a very nice meal after long day sightseeing . Grilled scallop appetizer was delicious as was the chef recommended duck breast with black truffle sauce . Main course was the grilled shrimp with vegetables perfectly cooked and the Branzino with vegetables nicely prepared . Desserts were the chocolate mousse and pana cota with berries also nicely presented and delicious . The service was good , friendly , and attentive and the complimentary Bellini and after dinner sweet biscuit treats were a nice touch . Overall a good experience and would consider returning in the future .
