Another Michelin restaurant experience. Interior Design is stunning and breathtaking. Service is exceptional. However, just like other Michelin restaurants. The presentation is overly complicated. We were warmly welcomed Constance and Barbara took great care of us and we had an exceptional time. The Deputy Director introduced herself and we were delighted with this mark of attention. the fingers and pastries are delicious the semi-dry champagne recommended by Constance was delicious Everything was perfect We will come back I recommend long live Food: 5

This was the most unique dining experience I have ever had! The staff were absolutely incredible and attentive (and funny too). The food was imaginative and bursting with flavor. The restaurant itself was gorgeous- felt like we were dining in a modern Versailles!!! It was my birthday so they brought me a cute little dessert. I have too many great things to say about this place!!! Food: 5

This experience was absolutely exquisite. The fine dining the atmosphere the professionalism. Everything was just so wonderful. When I come back to Paris I'll definitely be coming back to dine here. Thank you so much for this experience If you want a true fine dining experience this is it. Depending on your budget however, another fine dining experience can be found at Le Lobby (my second favorite). Service: Dine in

The ambiance was incredible. The food was pretty good, considering the menu type presentation. Where things lacked for me was the service. It started off strong and personalized. By the cheese course, things started going downhill. Long waits to ask for things like more water/champagne. Pacing was off. Server got wound up with a larger party. Other team members finished my service? My service felt forgotten as the evening went on. Then they took literally so long to bring the check. They need to work on pace and synchronization for all tables. At this price point, there is certainly room for improvement.

This is one of my favorite restaurants experiences that I’ve ever had. 10 years between visits and it was just as memorable as I remember. Staff are amazing answering every question with so much knowledge. Definitely dinner and a show with the story behind each course and paring wine. The explanation of how and why really made the experience above and beyond. I bought girlfriend who haven’t been exposed to this level of detail and it really expanded their palates. They catered to the gluten intolerance guests with the most amazing GF breads. The dessert was not my favorite unfortunately. But the pre dessert was sensational!!! Wine pairing was spot on in every way. I can not say enough about...
